Burger King — Restaurant in McPherson

Staff is friendly and food is decent for "fast food". Burger King in McPherson has always been exceptionally slow. So we used to always call our order in (we would order spicy nuggets), and had no problem doing so. Calling it in made it so it was ready when we got there. Unfortunately, there is one manager that request we use the mobile app instead of calling it in. Every time we tried or used the app it either doesn't work or it half way does (usually have to make two separate orders) and then we have to wait 15-20 mins for 20 spicy nuggets. It's ridiculous. If calling it in is more efficient there shouldn't be a problem with us doing so. That said, we will now be ordering from Wendy's, where they don't mind a phone call... which isn't necessary there because you don't ever have to wait very long...

April is in the wrong job. She's far too charismatic and friendly to be working a fast food drive thru. I mentioned to her that one of the burgers was for my dog so I wanted it made plain. When we got to the hotel, they had marked his wrapper "for the dog" to make sure he got the right one. I would give 5 stars but the fries were completely coated in salt to the point that the skin on my lips is puckered right now, and there was so much mayonnaise on my sandwich the wrapper was coated. I had to scrape it off onto a napkin. There was enough for at least 2 sandwiches. Other than that the food was great. I've never been a fan of BK but my baby wanted nuggets and I was tired of driving so we pulled in. I was pleasantly surprised with their food. It's the best BK...
