Guys Pizza Co. Medina — Restaurant in Medina

My family and I went to Halfway to Halloween at Medina county fairgrounds today 5/27/2023. We wanted a bite to eat after and googled pizza near me and Guys pizza came up. WE new it was a chain and figured it would be average pizza at best, but thats what we wanted was just average pizza and this was not. It was below average pizza. Let me explain. When we walked in, the restaurant was dirty. The chairs were on tables and looked like they weren't sat on in years. We asked if we could "eat in" and the big guy at the counter said that is fine. We automatically felt uncomfortable because there was nobody there and the chairs were up, even though they were open. The big guy at the counter took our order, but he looked dirty and not well groomed, but was nice. I went to the bathroom and the bathroom was dirty as hell. It looked like it wasn't cleaned in years. Just nasty. The dining room was old, dirty, and pictures on the wall that were broken. The walls itself were very dirty. The outside of the restaurant was also very dirty and looked like it wasnt maintenanced in years! The tables had some type of table cloths that was also nasty and didnt look clean. Now for the pizza, the pizza had a gum line and was undercooked, it was below average, but edible. We will never eat here again. Please dont waste your money. This restaurant is filthy. Dont believe me, just go take a look for your self. The salad was good. My question is how they are still open? am sure the owner is losing money on this restaurant. If it was more inviting, cleaner, and had better pizza am sure they would make more money. They absolutely have to be losing money on this property. Maybe change things and people...

Today was the worst service I got from guys pizza ever the manger was very unprofessional and his name was Jake he also took my order and made it his own I asked for a full sheet loaded potato pizza with bacon on half I confirmed it with him several times but when I got the pizza it had bacon all over also 2 of my sour creams tasted like blue cheese or spoiled so I called back and told them everything the manger told me he wasn’t making my pizza over and there’s nothing he could do I explained to him I’m having a party and some people don’t eat bacon and I wanted bacon only on one side he said I didn’t say that I said light bacon on half but in-fact I didn’t he kept telling me he wasn’t making my pizza over so it was really no point for me to call I’m very disappointed in them and I will be taking my services els where...

We just moved to Medina so naturally we were excited to try all the local pizza places! We ordered 6 Boneless wings and 2 small pizzas for $32… ok that fine it’s probably awesome! But the cost is more than whats listed on the online menu then you click the link. Its fine inflation right… It’s okay it’s gunna be good right?! NOPE! Boneless wings are frozen balls with zero sauce and small chicken Bianco pizza was not good and size of my hand which, the size I guess I expected??? But $13.99 no way, and another small pepperoni and red pepper pizza for the husband was not good either. He asked me to write this review b/c he was disappointed and what husband asks his wife to be extra? Let’s just say one pizza place down hopefully some better options to try...
