You know, here's the thing about this review. This is on my way home from work; and I live in Parma. I have a 14 year old son who will be joining the workforce next year, and I've tried teaching him the importance of being a valuable employee when that day comes. I've visited this establishment numerous times in the two years I've been working in Medina, most of which have been pleasant. I've tipped every young person working multiple times and expressed that it's great seeing young people working etc... Well enough with the compliments after my last two visits! The same two girls were working both times and they're rude and give much smaller portions than paid for. Picture attached will show that. And how do I compare portion sizes you may ask...? The person in front of me ordered a cone and the person behind me(yes behind me, they had someone take their order before me) and they too had gotten a cone too. Read moreMy husband and I are visiting from Tellico Village, TN (23 miles south of Knoxville). We're just passing through on our way to Niagara Falls. After dinner tonight, he decided he wanted some ice cream and we found School House Scoops online. What a wonderful treat!! He was so proud when he carried that ice cream back to me and told me what had happened. He said that that young man "made my day"! After 25 years of service, it was so nice to see him being honored again, and in such a sweet way! Thank you; God bless each of you, your lovely ice cream business and God bless...
Read moreWish I could give zero stars. Just left and left annoyed. The guy working was a total jerk to my father and I. I asked for two scoops in a cup. This dude didn’t even give me the normal size. He gave me a small. Never asked for that. My father wanted 2 flavors of custard in 1 bowl. Apparently he couldn’t do that either. My father paid and then the guy just closed the window and started talking to his girl coworkers. As my ice cream was melting at the counter. Why is it sitting there melting away? Like what. Had to tap on the window to even get it. Guy says “ I didn’t see it.” Needless to say, won’t be returning. Really...
