We had the pleasure of having Palate cater our wedding and we’re still getting compliments on the food! The cocktail hour appetizers and mojito bar were a hit with our guests - to this day they still speak of how the food completely exceeded their expectations, from taste to presentation everything was incredible!
Since the beginning, they were so accommodating - from our tasting all the way to the wedding day. No request was too big or small - they met every challenge with a solution and a smile. During our caterer search, what we came to find out was that most caterers were so a la carte and their only focus was itemizing each service/request, which felt ingenuine and transactional. Not Diana! We booked her immediately on the way back from the tasting. Her genuine care about our day was evident in the menu selection, her recommendations, and her guidance throughout the whole process.
Palate's dedication to quality - both in service and in cuisine - was evident in every plate that came out of the kitchen. The team worked tirelessly throughout our wedding event and even our brunch the day after. We loved working with Diana and her team so much that we wanted them to cater our next-day brunch, which was fantastic as well!
