I went there yesterday. Everything looked great but the meat was more smoked than BBQ. It lacked something though I can't quite put my finger on what. It probably needed some grill marks and flavor. Anywho, I digress. They have meals and food by the pound. I got the Carne Ahumado, the Carne frita, the ribs and the morros. The morros was amazing. It's rice and black beans mixed together. Very very good. Out of the meats, the best tasting one was the ribs. The meats were extremely fatty. Like chunks of fat intermixed with meat. It was a little offputting.
The price was perfect and you can feed a lot of people with it. My son who is picky and hardly ever eats meat ate 2 ribs. It was a huge win for my family. I would definitely go back and try the other meats to see if they all taste the same or if there are some standout dishes. All in all I enjoyed my food but I did not think it was the best BBQ I ever had since really everything taste like it was in the smoker and I was looking for grilled. Fatty curs of meat were meh but not too bad that I wouldn't recommend...

Also, perhaps because of the service, or perhaps because I just happened to go at a bad time, there were a number of unsavory characters lurking about. So, although the good tasted good before seeing the establishment, I don't think they'll be getting any more of...

The moros were great as well as the tostones. It was a carry out meal so, I could not return it. It was just $9.99, but come on, just charge a little more and serve the real deal. Also, I bought a bag of chicharrones that, for my disappointment, were super hard, just like trying to grind bones and afraid of breaking a couple teeth. After trying about 4 pieces, down the trash they went. It was just a very...
