Okay, so I don’t know why anyone on here is giving such a bad review. Probably just upset because a teenager new on the job accidentally messed up their coffee order while they were already running 10 minutes late to their job... but ANYWAYS. I wanted to come on here to express my appreciation for this location. I come here almost every morning on my way to work, if not the Holliston location. The staff here is always very friendly and they give prompt service. It’s always a good start to my day. However - It does take a little while sometimes, granted the line often stretches around the parking lot and into the street, often times. But, it’s just a prime location on the way to the highway and onto other main roads. This location always provides great tasting coffee and it’s CONSISTENT. Some other Dunkin’s I’ve gone to has the same drinks tasting different each time. On top of this, they have only ever messed up my order twice out of all the times I’ve been there. (One they accidentally gave me the wrong cup and another was a simple miscommunication). In both of these situations, I either called the store or told the directly and they handled it promptly. Read moreI’m a frequent Dunkin' customer, as I travel for work and stop by whenever I see one on the road. I’ve been visiting this location for a while, and I can usually tell when a new hire is being trained. On Thursday morning, a young woman wearing glasses and a long skirt (the best way I can describe her) took my order. She mentioned she was still in training and didn’t know the system completely yet. She politely asked for a moment to figure it out, entered my order correctly, and was about to take my payment when another worker rudely intervened, saying she’d handle it instead. The new hire had already entered everything, but no one had stepped in to help her. She stepped aside to make drinks, and the other worker took over. I also witnessed another situation where a new hire was about to make a drink, but a different employee loudly told a colleague, “Make the coffee, because I don’t think she can.” I spent about 15 minutes in the store, waiting for my food and coffee, and saw multiple uncomfortable interactions like this. I know Dunkin’ is a staple in America, and while I love the coffee, it’s the customer service that really counts. Read moreI used to go to this location years ago then moved out of town and recently came back thinking it would be the same. The quality is much much worse now. I ordered a hot coffee that was served to me lukewarm even with a stopper in the lid. Also I ordered a sandwich extra toasted and the bagel was still cold it looked like it hadn’t even been in the toaster for more than 10 seconds. This was just what was wrong with today’s order but I’ve been ordering there for about 4 weeks and never been satisfied. Really unfortunate since the location was convenient now I’ll have to go...
