So I debated on this review for MONTHS because I ALWAYS used this location.

However I just can’t keep it to myself. Whoever the manager is is absolutely worthless. I ordered 2 pizzas one night and instead of banana peppers they added Peperoncino instead, totally understandable because they look almost exactly the same. I personally don’t mind them HOWEVER… this pizza was for my small children whom obviously can’t handle the spice.

The lady told me I was incorrect and there was no way because SHE WATCHED IT BEING MADE. Why would I lie about that? I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted the correct pizza. I feel like if I spend almost $60 on food and it wasn’t correct I should be entitled to having it made correctly or a refund as a last resort. Instead she was adamant about how I was a liar and there was no way possible. I was told however I could come back and get some “cheese” because they didn’t add it to my salad and I was lieing about the chicken not being on it too.

I reached out to upper management via email with no response of course. This was a business I supported quite a few times a month including when I was working and on lunch break or when I hosted events and such.

I haven’t been back since,...

Buyer beware! Make sure you are watching what you order…online ads are not honored and if they do have any specials the kids that answer the phones will never tell you about them.

I’ve been a customer here for 20 years+/- our usual order 2 XL (16”) 2 topping pizzas and 25 wings cost WAS about $46 cost now $69 I know prices have gone up but really? Oh and only got 20 wings this time not 25.

Now here’s the kicker online coupon still says BOGO but that’s not honored even if you order online. Take it down if your not going to honor it!!!

Kicker number 2…2 LARGE (14”) 2 topping pizzas + “25” wings $46.99 vs 2 EXTRA LARGE 2 topping pizzas with only “20” wings $68.60 that’s a hell of a difference!

Thats a $23 dollar difference for 2” of dough per pie.$5 per inch really???

After 20+ years as a customer to say I’m disappointed is the very least of what we are thinking right now…is the special something only the insiders know? Or do you not train your workers to say “you know we have a special”

To say I feel somewhat ripped off is obvious…we always try to support our local owned businesses but not so sure about that...
