I was actually very impressed with the whole set up, it was busy but not packed. I went on Saturday 6days after they opened. I sat at the bar. I looked at a menu that was already sitting on the bar. Then attempted to order a drink. The bartender was looking down at the floor or at the computer, but definitely avoiding eye contact with everyone. Finally she cleared a glass from the guy next to me and asked if he needed anything. But ignored me, with nothing but a menu. Trust me I was making eye contact. She then comes back with his drink, the person on the other side of him reaches out to get her attention, as she tried to walk away. After about 5 to 10 more minutes my friend Finally just speaks up and gets her attention. She still doesn't look at anyone, she just grabs what he asked for. When she sets his drink down I Finally have to ask if I can order something. Draft beer $10 12oz pour, just a little expensive, but whatever. Longer story short, I ordered the smash burger. It was cold by the time someone brought it to me. Otherwise the burger was cooked perfectly and wasn't too bad even cold. I never send food back and I always tip 20% or better. I Finally was able to close out, I just handed my card to a different bartender. She brought my card back but not the check that needs signed. Later she said she must have forgotten to run the card. So she went back and brought the proper check for me to sign. Less then 30 min later I got a fraud alert that someone was trying to use that card on Amazon. I came here to celebrate my 22nd birthday with friends, excited to enjoy the rooftop views and watch airplanes since we’re in aviation. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

Our waitress took our drink order but forgot to check our IDs until she came back later. About 10 minutes after that, the bartender came over and informed us we would not be receiving our drinks because our IDs were from out of state. This was confusing, especially since this is a hotel that regularly serves guests from out of state.

We decided to wait because we had also ordered food. When the hostess came by, we told her we didn’t want the food anymore and asked to speak with a manager. We understood that they had the right to refuse us but we simply wanted someone more experienced to verify our IDs properly.

When the manager arrived, he was rude from the moment he approached us. He offered no explanation, no apology, and didn’t even acknowledge that it was my birthday. Instead of trying to clarify or resolve the situation, he spoke to us with an attitude that made the experience even worse.

Overall, the service was unprofessional, the communication was poor, and the staff made what should have been a fun birthday night feel stressful and uncomfortable. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or a...

What a unique idea this is, a restaurant at the rooftop of a hotel that faces the airport runway.

This cool bar is Located in Melbourne, FL across from the Melbourne Airport. My coworker recommended it to me so me and my wife being locals decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed.

The bar only gets cooler the longer you’re there with the sunset and the multiple lights on the runway illuminating the night.

We tried several drinks and shared an appetizer. Their menu was Airplane themed which is a nice touch of creativity. I ordered three drinks the Smokey old fashioned, the “Melbourne” Mule, and a Yuengling beer. The two mixed drinks were tasty and the beer was cold. My wife she ordered the Space Cosmo and the sunset margarita. Both tasted great and did not seem to skimp out on the liquor like some places do.

We ordered the Sky High Wings and picked the sweet chili sauce. They were tasty and we enjoyed them.

Our waitress Nicole was very nice and friendly. We had some small talk with her and she was very attentive with our order. Always coming back just as our drinks were getting empty to take our next order. Thank you for the wonderful service Nicole we appreciated you.
