Twistee Treat Melbourne — Restaurant in Melbourne

Won't be coming back again. Needs new management and employees who are trained. Last 4 times I've been there, they screwed my order up and still couldn't get it right after the 3rd time. Sign says no smoking on patio but was sitting at a table with my family and older woman manager was at a table right next to us giving evaluations with employees as she was smoking doing that. Personally it should be done in private. Also sitting right in front of the sign has she was smoking. And then just sent my husband up to get me a brownie sundae, pay almost $5 for it, comes back there's no brownies , all it was, was vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. I could have paid a dollar for that at McDonald's. The time before that I went through the drive-thru and they were too busy playing around and goofing off and they wouldn't take my order, and screwed up my order then as well. I think the first time they took my order when they opened up is when they got it right. Every time after that they've gotten it wrong. I will go back to my old stomping grounds Del's...

I went here close to the opening day of twisted treat and I complained that the ice cream melted unreasonably fast.. Maybe because the ice cream wasn't cold enough or maybe the ice cream was mostly milk and not thick enough with cream, who knows. So I decided to give it another chance. My first visit I order the hot fudge brownie sundae and it was not really good. I mean, how can you make a brownie that isn't good? So this time I ordered an amaretto cup, and an ice cream sandwich, kind of like a chipwhich. The amaretto was nice, although again a little to thin for ice cream, but still the taste was good. The chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich though was TERRIBLE! Just awful! How can an ice cream place sell such nasty chocolate chip cookies (which are pre made and sold rock hard frozen) AND brownies?!? Trust me, I don't be back anytime soon. McDonald's in the same parking lot has better ice cream...

I ordered a "Large" Caramel Cheesecake Sundae (which was definitely NOT a large) for $4.25. I asked if she could put the caramel sauce in the middle of the sundae just like the picture out front showed. She told me "of course, I can definitely do that". Well, I get my sundae, everything looks delicous, I start eating it then I realize that the caramel sauce is only coated on the outside of the cup. There's absolutely NO caramel sauce in the middle like I asked for not to mention there was only about 4 pieces of cheesecake. I was extremely disappointed seeing as for a sundae and a vanilla ice cream cone, I paid $9 and some change. I was very specific on what I wanted, it was rather simple, but yet, it wasn't accomplished.
