Walked in this morning to get some donuts with my son. Noticed a few bees flying around where they make the donuts. Didn't really think anything of it. A bee can get in just as a fly can. No big deal... Went to the front and some guy was talking with one of the employees (an older woman) I stood there for about 3/5 minutes while they talked small talk. She moved and he turned and looked at me... moved down some and kept talking. A other employee was doing something with a donuts rack. Looked at me and went back to working. Not one person acknowledged me other thsn that.... I looked at my son and he was looking at the donuts and looked at me... pointed and I realized there were bees crawling on the donuts IN the case. Behind me there were two more. We counted atleast 8. I decided then that is was a sign so we just left. I decided to leave this review and notice I'm not the only one today that witnessed this. Someone should do something about this. This shop has been here for many years ( I remember it growing up as a child) It's been going down hill for the last few years... if the current employees treat the establishment this way and their customers the way they did me ... you won't have a business for much longer. Clean it up and get back to treating people like...

The company was started by Vernon Rudolph, who bought a secret doughnut recipe from a New Orleans chef and began selling the doughnuts to local grocery stores. The doughnuts come in a variety of flavors and styles, including classic glazed, chocolate glazed, and filled doughnuts with various sweet fillings like cream or fruit. Today, Krispy Kreme has over 1,400 stores in 33 countries around the world, with the majority of its locations in the United States. In the US, there are over 350 Krispy Kreme stores in 41 states, including 31 locations in Florida. This store is located along the west side of Wickham road just north of Aurora Road. There is limited parking on the north side of the store. You can drive through or dine in. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. We ordered a dozen of their signature glazed donuts. The prices are normal for the current economy but worth it for the treat that it really is. Overall, I would recommend it to my fellow...
Read moreMy friend PAID $4.78! for TWO donuts, with "chocolate" (tastes like an old Tootsie roll) on top; my least favorite, it's not as good as other flavors. Somewhat deceptive promotion about a free doughnut for the 4th of July. My friend felt shamed/pressured to buy. Not me! I was walking out the door when I heard a price, so I went back and said to my friend, if you're going to BUY some, we don't need that many! Surely, that had to be a price for at least a half a dozen, right?! We should have taken them back; they were stale. This was when the conveyor was almost finished being cleaned. They didn't have the flavors we wanted, either. These weren't gourmet or decorated; just leftover unpopular ones. I asked that employee about the high price. She seemed to be gloating over the fact that we overpaid. How can they cost that much?! This is where they make them, and they don't have to shipped anywhere. I realize, all of this is not a major problem, but, I'm left with 'a bad taste in my mouth'. The chairs for customers are dirty, too; they need to be scrubbed where hands...
