I don't know where you get some of your employees from. First off the old lady that runs the register a lot she don't seem to know what she is doing she seems really confused a lot. I am in there a lot and I have saw her eating and drinking beverages behind the counter that doesn't look good to customers and what would the health dept say. You have a heavy set white female with darker color hair I have saw her talk down to your employees and just be flat out rude to them and have also seen her be really snotty and rude to customers think her name was Christin or something like that my vision is not the best. Twice on her shifts the same homeless man brought in vicious pitbull dog and it snapped both times at customers I reported it to corporate but this store still allows people to bring there pet dogs in their when the sign on the front door clearly says only service animals. I see all kinds of animals dogs being brought in here and a lot of really big dogs too. You people serve open food do you want to get your food area shut down because I don't think the health department would like you allowing animals in your store when #1 it states on the door no pets and #2 dog and other pet hair could fly back in the food. I don't think the people that run the store really care I guess.

Read moreTonight I ordered a flatbread sandwich with a potato soup( which I have ordered multiple times before ) well was really looking forward to eating this, but the whole top of the sandwich(the flatbread) was literally hard as a rock and could have broken my tooth. The soup was watery, tasted like nothing, which any other time it is chunky not watery. Well, my fiance goes to take it back because I couldn't even at least eat the sandwich, and the manager that works there at night(older lady) made like he was a liar about the time he walked in to order it when the time it was ordered is right on the slip, then asked him if he had the original slip which they tell you to put in the little basket. So she goes and asks multiple people if they seen him in there recently to order as if he was lying and they said yes, so she goes through the slips and finds it and says to him "I'm surprised I even found this slip" Again making him seem like a liar. In the end, I was made a new flatbread sandwich( correctly made this time) and couldn't have the potato soup because it was "made wrong" Is what came out of the woman's mouth so had to order a different soup. There was no apology said, it's like the manager didn't even care. Read moreKaitlyn was instructed to remake a drink that a new employee made for me that came out incorrect and undrinkable. Managers and two cashier's were absolutely amazing, they are 5 star (I'm sry I have to leave a 1star and bad review, but I don't want this woman to keep treating customers this way) however Kaitlyn was so nasty to me because she had to remake my drink. She blended it and left it in blender while she made 3 other orders after mine. She finally put drink in cup and labeled it and set it on counter behind where I had no access to it. I stood there patiently and waited for Kaitlyn to set my drink out and call my number, 527. After about a 10 minute wait, 5 of the minutes just watching my frozen drink get hot and melty after it was ready, i finally said excuse me ma'am is that number 527, she grinned said yes and set it out for me to take. I'm not sure why she wanted to punish me for a remake drink that a new employee made a mistake on, which I completely understand the mistake. Very rude and not customer service oriented. Upon telling my husband about the issue he said he experienced a poor situation regarding her as well! We are frequent customers to WaWa as we love them.
