The Walloon Watershed did not disappoint. We tried it for the first time tonight which happened to correspond with restaurant week so they had a special menu. We tried the Brooklyn flatbread and it was delicious. The hot honey really rounded out the amazing flavors of the pepperoni and pickled jalapenos. For drinks we tried the old fashioned and the M-75. The old fashioned was smooth and sweet and the lavender syrup in the M-75 was light and lovely. Highly recommend going this weekend for their special menu. The service was spectacular and the atmosphere was that of a contemporary bird hunt club. Think Ralph Lauren meets downtown. We will definitely be back.

What a great place to enjoy great wine, food and atmosphere. I have been coming to Walloon for over 25 years. This place fits the area beautifully. The owner is friendly, the staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. The pretzel is huge and so fluffy. We also had BBQ chicken pizza, it was full of flavor and the crust was perfect. This will be a place to come and eat or just enjoy the atmosphere and have drink. Can't wait to come back.

Walloon Watershed was Fantastic! From the friendly service as soon as we walked in, to the stylish & welcoming atmosphere, to the absolutely delicious food…it was a 10/10 experience. My wife and I got the Caesar Salad, Brooklyn Flatbread, and sweet & spicy flatbread…all absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the old fashioned as well! If you are in the Petoskey/ Walloon area this is a MUST TRY!

Stopped in here around 5:30p on a holiday weekend, was seated right away (2 of us). Food is mainly finger foods with some craft pizza's and a great bar menu full of wine, beer, and spirits. The atmosphere is cozy, somewhat loud if busy but not too overbearing. Some TV's scattered throughout and the occasional guest musician. There is a nice outdoor patio area to escape the inside bustle. Restrooms are very clean, single person only. The location is great, near shops and dessert. They do not have any dips or dressings, but I asked if we could bring our own ranch for the pizza and they didn't have issue with this. I ran to the general store down the road and got a travel size ranch...

So 12 of us tried to go to the Watershed last night and they couldn’t accommodate us inside and said the patio was closed and they couldn’t open it because they told clients sitting inside that the patio was closed and they didn’t want to upset them. Nothing was said about being short staffed, etc. So we took our northern Michigan group of ladies and went to the outside bar at the Barrelback, where Nick was happy to serve us and we spent our money there instead. I guess the Watershed is doing so well that they don’t need the local business. 🤷‍♀️

I gave them good ratings on food and atmosphere because when they will seat you, its a fun...
