Burger King — Restaurant in Memphis

As any person I like to see when the people in the back make my food. So the dinning room and the drive thru were starting to get pretty full so the young lady with the red dreads that took my order which she was very nice started to help the people in the back make orders. She made a few then went to clean the area due it was a bit messy. After she cleaned the area she still had on the gloves that she cleaning with and was about to start making more orders with the same gloves. So I politely as the other manager named Everett if he could ask the young lady to change her gloves. I could tell by his body language he was a bit irritated. So he started to let her know about the situation and stated that it was sanitizer water and I stated that its still a chemical and he proceeded to raise his voice like I was wrong for calling him out on the issue. The young lady came from the back and apologized and offered to refund the order and still provide the food and we both were calm and Everett was still upset. As he was still being rude there was another customer that wasn't too pleased with the situation and how Everett handled it and wanted his order refunded as well. Then Everett proceeded to say that that's why he keep the dinning room closed was...

Burger King is not the place that I visit often because there are other restaurants that you could go to. While some people have given negative reviews about the place, I want to give a constructive review instead.

The staff at the location are good people and they were courteous to give me the ketchup, salt, and pepper that I requested since there were none at the table that my family and I sat. I noticed the table being slightly sticky with crumbs on the top but we brushed it off with the benefit of a doubt.

At the counter, they honored our coupons took 4-6 minutes to prepare our food and they did everything right. We sat down to eat and the taste was average. I understand they value speed and efficiency but they shouldn't ignore quality as well.

One thing that I applaud then for is how clean the lobby was. I barley noticed a problem and I hope they keep this up in the future.

Here are some suggestions to consider:

Clean the tables in-between shifts or after every two or three customers.

Place the salt and pepper shakers on the table.

Keep doing right about and keep your food warm for longer periods of time.

Other than that, everything will turn out fine in the future. Again, I will consider coming back...

The second time coming to this location and the food was cold, I literally live down the street, 3 minutes away. I'm new to the area and love the original chicken sandwich with cheese large onion ring combo. When hot, it's so good when hot... the other night, going through the drive-through when the lady gave me my order everything was cold but the ketchup 😩, so I had to tell her I'm pregnant just to get fresh food😕, sad but true. So today my mom got the food, we're like 3 min away, 5 if caught by the light. I call Burger King on Trenton Clarksville TN USA..........as a consumer and very familiar to customer service atmosphere for this my second time coming here at different shifts and the food cold, this place need order.. so I left a voice message that I would bring the food back when I get off because I have no way to bring the food back. No call back, I said I'll bring the food after I get off..Credit card add interest people 🫤 idgaf if it's 10.09.. how much interest till my next bill, then they give me cash back like I don't know I pay a fee for the swipe.....
