Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Memphis

I ordered my food online after moving my things into my new home for my family and the guests that helped. It was a long day and as you can see, I am always ordering from Pizza Hut. This was one of the worse experiences yet with Pizza Hut. I ordered online and was called a while later expecting to receive my food but instead told I had to come pick up my order because they don't deliver there after dark. This was at 6 something. I arrived at this location and other customers just waiting around. No smiles, friendly faces, and it was like we as guests was invisible. I say unto one of the workers who was roaming around, hey why everyone just walking around, not smiling, and rolling their eyes. Her response was  who and I replied well no one is smiling and we're just standing here without anyone saying anything to us. This employee response was "Well" and she literally just walked away. So the other customers and I looked at each other, shocked. Time pass and we're still waiting here and it is after 7 p.m., I'm still standing. I`ve asked for a supervisor, once, and was told she's busy. Time continues to pass and a coworker comes out to the front, looks into the area where hot pizza is stored.. My food as well as other customers who was also just waiting on the inside and out, our food was just sitting there while we had to wait until someone offers us some type of customer service. The young lady who I asked why employees are just walking around and not smiling, I overly heard her as she was joking around with another coworker about people getting their taxes...basically us purchasing our food with tax money... that was very insulting by the way... She came out saying how she was just coming here to help and she sorry that we was just waiting. I get my food that I paid with my "tax" money after waiting sooo long, one of the pizza messed up, and all four order of wings I paid for didn't have any sauce on it. I then asked for a supervisor , literally, I asked For a supervisor over again because no one wanted to go get her. So I waited, I waited, and I waited, until I was the only customer who was there for that long period of time left in there. Please keep in mind, this supervisor been saw me there for that long period of time, while she was "busy" joking around with her workers, doing inventory, and on the line... again, like I was invincible. She finally came up to me, asked what happened, said how even if she was busy she would have come up front, how no one ever told her that I wanted a supervisor, also, how she is in the process of hiring new employees so that we won't have to have experiences like this. I honestly didnt know what to believe especially when I know for sure she saw me up there the whole time just kindly and patiently waiting for some type of service. I feel like this is literally the worse experience I've had with Pizza Hut and this was my first time ever coming to this location. She offered a $20 credit on the account but like I told That's not what I wanted. An apologies would've been great, smiling, happiness, acknowledging all of the customers here, and not just have us waiting here. Just like you all are when yall get a pay check from customers doing business here. We didn't deserve it. None of the customers was rude even though that's what the workers at Pizza Hut showed us except of the new young lady. Please review the cameras...

I normally don't encounter problems with Pizza Hut, unless it's just attitude from the workers but I'm used to that. Pizza Hut has lost a loyal customer. This evening my son wanted pasta from Pizza Hut. I ordered a delivery of pasta and drinks at 6:37pm. The nearest Pizza Hut is only 5 minutes away. Before ordering, it said the wait could be 45- hour. Once I placed my order, the email said it would be delivered at 8:05pm. I don't understand how this happened but it wasn't much I can do since the order was placed. I waited. And waited. I kept track with the tracker. When it finally said it was in the oven,. it stayed on that for an hour. Even at 8:05, it still stated it was still in the oven. This is when I tried to call pizza hut several times and no one answered. I let it go to the customer service and the representative stated that it doesn't even say its out for delivery. She transferred me to the supervisor. She did give me a discount and assured me that my order was on the way. I was cool. Until 25 more minutes went by and my pasta was still not here. I called back to pizza hut and finally a worker answered. I asked about my order, he asked my information and I didn't hear anything from him. All I could hear is the phone ringing in the background. While I'm obviously on hold, the delivery guy pulled up at 8:39pm. I checked my order while he was standing there. My pasta was dried out. I asked him did he see what I saw. I guess his loyalty with pizza hut wouldn't let him agree with me all the way. I showed him how much I would have to throw away for my son to be able to eat it. That's money wasted. He did offer to take it back so they can redo it but I didn't trust that. The workers attitudes are so bad up there, I wasn't comfortable with them fixing it over. I informed him I will keep the order but pizza hut will no longer get my service. I looked over the pasta before my son begin eating and there was NO CHICKEN in his pasta. I am very disappointed with pizza hut. That was my go to place because it was so close to home. Despite the poor customer service, I still continued to give them my service but this...

This place has messed up my order 100% of the time. I used to just deal with it and keep orderinguntil about a year ago when I went through a whole 2 1/2 hour process of them forgetting I even placed a order, canceled items from my order without my knowledge, having taken my order in correctly, not answering my calls while I'm trying deal with this, then in the end STILL delivering me the wrong order because the driver forgot to grab everything before he left. I believe this order was my usual. A pizza, breadsticks, wings and a drink. The driver only showed up with the pizza. I told him to take it back because at this point I don't believe the people cooked it did their part either. I mean they took my order wrong, the manager tried to avoided giving me a refund, no one wanted to answer the phone, and the delivery guy didn't bring my full order. Why would I even try to trust the kitchen. I work food service and trust me if the front of house and management is that bad the back of house probably worse. I sent an email to corporate. The store called me a week later let me phone ring twice before hanging up. I called back immediately the person who answered put me on hold for the manager. I waited a little over 5 mins. No one ever came to the phone. This store is crap and the managers are the reason and they know it. Today I decided to give them another try. I didn't want to cook and they are literally the ONLY place that delivers to my house. I was being lazy. I ordered the $10 box with regular breadsticks. I got cheese sticks. I thought after a year maybe they would get better at making orders correctly. I was wrong. I'm actually officially done with the store. That specific mistake seems minor to some of your I'm sure but that's mistake 1000 for me. These can't EVER get it right. I should have just drove on down to papa johns like I been doing. Their pizza taste better my order is always done right and with a smile. No I do not work for PJ, but I am that person that argues that they have the best pizza over the Crap Hut and dominoes.
