I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience during my recent visit. The encounter was marred by discourteous staff and a noticeable lack of attention to detail. To exacerbate matters, I endured a wait of over an hour for my deliveries. Upon finally reaching the speaker, I was met with complete disregard. I remained in my vehicle for an extended period, effectively blocked in with no means of exit. Regrettably, the issue was never addressed by the management team, despite my predicament involving two separate orders.
If it were possible to assign a zero-star rating, I would. The entire night shift staff should undergo a thorough evaluation. My ordeal commenced at 1:45 am, and it is currently 3:43 am, a situation I find utterly pitiable. This recurring issue is not an isolated incident; it appears to be a recurring problem during nighttime shifts. Patrons are left stranded in their vehicles for an hour or more due to a congested drive-thru, with no orders being taken while employees engage in levity at the windows. I attempted to contact the establishment by phone, but my efforts yielded no assistance whatsoever.
The evident lack of work ethic is concerning. Even when an order is eventually taken, the resulting food is consistently subpar, with soggy and stale fries and nuggets being the norm. I feel compelled to express my candid dissatisfaction with the conduct of the employees, as numerous patrons sit in their cars, patiently awaiting service, to no avail. I intend to escalate this matter further by reaching out to the corporate office for resolution. They repeated the order back to me when I was paying yet after I was half way to Mississippi I discovered to my horror that my order had both pickles and onions.on it. I can not eat pickles and do not like raw onions. I had to accept that I could not take it back. I should not have to pay for a meal I could not eat, not even the fries because they were very salty. I feel like if the owners of these successful restaurants would pay their staff a living wage they might actually care about the customer and also have a better attitude toward work. Read moreI just left Checkers on Crump with a half order. I ordered the $3.50 special just to have something on my stomach and added my drink. The order went from $3.50 to $7.77, so I cancelled the drink and paid with $20.07. I got $13. 07 back and the girl closed the window and disappeared. When I blew my horn to question my change, she didn't return to the window. Her attitude was funky, as well as her supervisor's because she wanted me to back up before giving me my change. The neighborhood doesn't need people who are ripping off the customers for whatever reason the cashier decides to take advantage of one. I won't ever return to this location.
