Taco Bell — Restaurant in Memphis

Saturday May 4th 2019 from the times of 6:45pm and 7:20pm: The cooks have SCREAMED throughout the entire lobby cat calling three VERY young females. One just said “Mane she look like a stripper cuz” to the other as they proceed to yell at the girls. It’s a horrible experience and the manger is doing absolutely nothing about it. Not a word. Even when one of these cooks took the girls food out to them and continued to be loud and hit on them. I’ve been waiting on my food for 20 minutes and I’m determined to scarf it down as quickly as possible as to get out of this madhouse. You’ve also had three customers come in from drive thru with wrong orders in a 10 minute span. It’s a shame I come into this “professional establishment” and no one cares a bit about the customers.

Edit: one of the cooks finally brought my food out... to the three young girls. He said “Ashley” and I said that’s me from three tables away. He then said “well Since I laid it on their table, we will have to remake yours” and then laughed to the girls saying “there you go” and walked off. Now he’s sitting with them chit chatting. WTF.

Edit to my Edit: THE MANAGER LOCKED THE DOORS WHILE US CUSTOMERS WERE STILL INSIDE. I don’t know if it’s because they were “busy” or what but she legit LOCKED THE DOORS. It’s only 7:25pm! I tried leaving and one of the cooks came over and unlocked it for me....

The Taco Bell at the corner of Third St and Crump Blvd is absolutely horrible with their service. I was told at the drive-through speaker that it was going to be a while before my order could be taken because the worker said she needed to work on Door dash orders. After a really long wait, I placed my order, went to the window and paid my money, and then I had to wait a really long time yet again. I was told that the delay was still due to Door dash orders being worked on. Another time that I went to this same be Taco Bell to place an order at the drive-through, I was told that the employee was going to need to go on break and that the Taco Bell was not going to take any food orders for a good bit of time. I was also told that I could NOT stay in the drive-through lane during this time. There was even a sign that had been posted that claimed that this Taco Bell now has late hours of availability. I am not planning on EVER going to this Taco Bell ever again. I would definitely go to...

Intro: I went around 10(am)00 🌄 and there was no-one else in the Drive-thru line. Which was fine, because the crew was able to align with my taste buds and theory of service.

Flow: How so, the cashier greeted me with, "Good morning" which is often missed in today's fast food restaurant encounters. I must add, I was glad, that the entire menu was up for grabs.* The cashier took my card and I paid for a service that I had not yet received. Patiently awaiting on the trade to finalize, I almost could not believe my eyes.

Go: I ordered: Item 1:✅️ [ Seasoned Nacho Fries, With Cheese Dip] Item 2:✅️ [ Spicy Potato Soft Taco ] Item 3:✅️ [Cinnanbon 2 Pack ] Item 4:✅️ [ Doritos Locos Taco ]

□ The food was Hot, neatly prepared and squared away. The team could have easily displayed haste, which would have not presented a great case. I am very pleased with this encounter and I hope to experience more in the future.
