Seismic Audio — Local services in Memphis

I am extremely disappointed in Seismic Audio.... I ordered a passive floor monitor (by mistake) and when I got it, I was having trouble with it (I didn't know about the necessary Amp. Oops) and when I called DURING BUSINESS HOURS on multiple days, I would get an answering machine. I emailed in and still crickets. When I finally got a response DAYS LATER, I was blamed for reaching out at the wrong time. I reached out multiple times and was told that it was because of the holiday. What? The holiday was one single day and I called over multiple days, so not sure how that math works.

That situation should have told me to just turn and run and not deal with these guys but I wanted to give a second chance, so I bought the powered monitor that they recommended and when it got here..... well, you can imagine. It didn't work and then when I emailed them AGAIN for help, I was told to call in, rather than attempting to at least help.

I now have almost $400 worth of "pro audio equipment" that is useless to me.

Do not use this company. I repeat do Not use this company. My 16 year old ordered a speaker from them and the directions are very misleading. Have had many electrician look at it and all have said the wires diagram isn't correct. Installation instructions come with the speakers. They are there so you follow what they tell you to do. Turns out the speakers caught my son's 4 wheeler on fire. He no longer has a 4 - wheeler. We reached out and spoke with the the company. They asked for pictures we sent them to them and they sent them to their insurance. ( they must felt like they are at fault to send to insurance) Then the lady that called back we have on voice mail saying that some adjuster felt like the company is to blame but they had another adjuster look at it and then agree to go with them.
