Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Memphis

I have not eating here in over 15 years and the food still tasted good. Everything seems to have had been cooked fresh. It did not taste greasy at all. The biscuits ran out but the friendly staff offered to find another alternative item or wait for them to be cooked. The store area is located at a busy intersection in a family enriched neighborhood so that was kind of expected to occur on our trip there. The biscuits came out buttery hot fresh which were worth the wait per my son. He was glad that they had been cooked fresh as though it was a personal adjustment for him. We gladly continued on our journey with after stopping by one of the famous longest ran fast food restaurant...

Don't order from this place. The woman that answered the phone was rude. She acted like she didn't want to be there. I called to ask about the family meals. When I first asked about the 8 piece she sighed and said $22.45. I said great what about the 12 piece and said, Ugh, I am not up front go online, I said, I did but there are no prices listed, she said she didn't know. I said well I was planning to order a large amount for Mothers Day and you just missed a huge order. She hung up on me. I will NEVER NEVER call them back and I will make sure my family and friends don't call or stop in this place. They should be shut down. I gave them one star...

Let's start w the extremely slow service when there were only 3 vehicles in queue. Whenever I finally made it to the window, the employee with the extreme long multi-colored nails opened with a less than friendly greeting. Although my order of the 3 for $3 was piping hot (1 star), the chicken was less than bland. Instead of going to the park, eat then exercise, my plans changed to exercise only (the other 2 stars).
