Probably the WORST experience Iāve ever had in my life. Placed an order on Friday 9/29/23 at 7:02pm. Didnāt get to the āQuality Checkā stage until almost 9pm and stayed at that stage until about 10:15pm, when I finally had to drive up to the store(called about 5-6 time; no answer). My order was no where to be found, asked to cancel my order, then had to proceed to stay up there, I kid you not, about 45 minutes. Showed them my order and that the name was Davidson. Dude goes to the back for about 10 minutes and comes back and tells me he doesnāt see an order for āDavisā, I then show him my phone that has the order # on it, which was 1456, he goes to the back again for 15 minutes, comes back up and says he doesnāt see anything for order 1406 that I must have ordered it at a different location. Have to tell him again the order number, then again after about 10-15 minutes, he sends another guy up front to tell me that my order was cancelled. All the while, the phones are just constantly ringing off the hook, no one bothers to answer them. This location is a complete and utter S$&@Show in every sense of the word. So, if I never would of went up there, I just would of never gotten my food and would have just had over $30...

Dominos was destined to be boycotted and itās no surprise that this was the day Iād be saying goodbye to the franchise for good. My first bad experience with the store came when I waited 2 hours to receive my order. When I called about why it took so long I never was given a legitimate excuse and wasnāt offered anything in return for waiting that long. Today again I was disappointed when I waited an hour and a half to receive my pizza and it never showed. I call the store and the employee tells me I need to come in to pick it up because apparently they donāt deliver to my address. How did my purchase go through then? I arrive at the store 2 hours after I was supposed to receive my pizza and when I ask the girl at the register if I can be given a 2-litre drink since I had to drive up to the store in place of the delivery fee I was told that wouldnāt be possible. SOā¦. I donāt get reimbursed for a delivery fee? Now you get this delightful review. Thanks Dominos...

Every single time I have ordered delivery from here in the past 4 months, I have waited for 2 hours with no update on the tracker. I call them and they begin to make excuses as to why my order has not been prepared yet. So I wait for another hour just to recieve the pizza. AND THE ORDER IS ALWAYS WRONG! And finally tonight, I wait and wait and wait, no update, for 2 hours like my email said. Nothing. I call them and ask for an update, JUST TO BE TOLD THAT THEY ARENT DOING DELIVERY!! I ask why and this is what they say...... āever since our driver walked out.ā WHAT! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Why the hell didnāt you call your customers and tell them this!!! THIS IS WHY WE GIVE A CALL BACK NUMBER!!! Iām sorry i understand that somethings things happen, I work in food too, but this is just unacceptable. I will never order from this...
