Jack Pirtle's Chicken — Restaurant in Memphis

It is always disappointing when I stop in our neighborhood and eat at a chain only to be highly let down. That was my experience today as I stopped at this location on Elvis Presley . Orders 2 combos: cheeseburger and steak sandwich with a sprite. Got to the window, paid and WAITED. I was waiting long enough that the car behind me pulled off. As I waited I looked at my receipt and saw the burger was coded as everything. NORMALLY, when at a food place they ask you if you want everything but that did not happen. Additionally I saw the sprite was in fact Sierra mist. Again, this in customer service style is usually information that is given so you have an option whether you want the alternative. I got my order, finally and asked if there was ketchup in the bag to which the older lady stated there was. I looked and could see packets so I moved on. Once home, the disappointment continued. My burger. Tasted nothing like the delicious burger i have had at other locations. Yuck. The meat tasted old or something. And the fries were a complete miss. How do you mess up crinkle fries. 11/23/16 this is the worst place to go for some good chicken I am a FedEx executive I have tried Jack pirtle's before and I loved it the jack pirtle's on Democrat and Lamar excellent tonight 1123 16th the worst night in the world I have ever experienced at Jack pirtle's the guy who was working tonight at 9 o'clock with that red shirt on smart mouth grabbing the young lady's ass in front of customers told me it would be 40 minutes before some chicken was cooked unacceptable I vow to let every single person I know who I have sent to that place not to ever ever go there again he was rude very unpleasant and yes right out nasty everyone who I know throughout the FedEx Nation will know about this do not patronize go by and purchase nothing from this establishment nothing ever has been done management does not care there's a big ol sign right there in front of the store with two white people on it and they would never ever hear this complaint do not patronize this establishment everyday I'm going to post this and make sure...

Went there and ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered two steak sandwiches with everything and one with cheese. I was told that they were out of slaw, which was fine, then she repeated my order back to me.

Again, I reiterated that I only wanted cheese on ONE sandwich. She told me that she was aware and had me down for one without cheese so I was happy.

Also there is a really big problem with their intercom system so it's hard to communicate at certain times. I tell her that with my combos I'd like two sweet teas; one with ice and one without.

In the end I was charged for and received three teas. One with ice and two without. And both steak sandwiches came with cheese! I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR NO CHEESE!!

Then there was no gravy on it! Just a dry, salty steak sandwich with cheese and pickles. SMH! My son, who doesn't eat cheese, was really looking forward to eating his favorite steak sandwich from Jack pirtle's. But he couldn't. He refused to eat any of it. So in the end it was just a waste of...
