I just left from placing an online order. The food was good...a little cold but it was ok. I had a chicken grilled stuffed burrito that was a little cold but that's not even the problem. First when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready...no big deal BUT as I stood there and waited for them to prepare my order I heard loud talk about how I wanted my food prepared. They said I wanted to much and that something was going to be left off, now I paid for extra for everything that I wanted added. I didn't say anything because hey they're preparing my food so...but the little girl at the register just looked back at me with a confused look and her coworkers steady talked..."she wants jalapeños, onions, AND all the sauces!". Yes I did want all that and only God knows if I actually got it. Now when I walked in I was greeted by an older woman who appeared to be the manager and she was over there while these cackling hens where preparing my food and I couldn't figure out for the life of me why she didn't let them know that I was in the store...the ONLY non-employee in the store...one girl said "let me look at it I bet it's big..." she was young yet an adult no less. I was actually tickled that they were so amazed by the way I wanted a fast food item prepared but hey. I tried to tell them how it tasted because someone said to me after they finally noticed I was in the store "that's going to be nasty...Have you ate this before? You must had it to order it with all that stuff." No I replied I'm trying something new. Which I was because they app is new and it add so many options! Yes I never had that combo before but lava sauce, spicy ranch, creamy jalapeño, chipotle sauce sounds spicy....I like spicy. I like avocado so yes I wanted guacamole and avocado ranch. I love the taste of fresh veggies so yes onions, pico de gallo, jalapeño...I want it! And it was delicious! Now it was a little cold but I don't if that was because of the sauces and veggies so I won't hold it against them. But let this be a lesson...no matter where you work, what you do, how much you make...we are all different and like different things...we all have been different places and did different things. Please be mindful of what you say, when you say it, and how you say it. I'm not sensitive but I work in healthcare I work at the hospital across the street so I know how bad this is when it comes to customer service. Read moreThey were extremely Rude on 5/20/16 at 12:30AM. They refused to take our money after taking our order and making us wait for 30 minutes at the window. An Employee came to the window and said, "we can't take y'all money", I then asked, "why not?" She then told me, "I don't know!" So I continued to knock and ask for a management, but they continued to ignore us. We then called the store asking for the store number and manager's name, she then refused to give any information, and stated to me, "we refused your money because you asked about the freeze machine." She then hung up in my face after making her untruthful statement.
