I must say that this place was an utter disappointment. We drove in from St. Louis and placed an order online through Seamless at 11:39 pm, and it stated that our order would be ready at 11:59 pm. We got to the restaurant at 11:50. There was 1 car ahead of us, and we sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes before a young lady with long brown hair came to the window asking what we had. My husband told her that we had a mobile order for 2 12 sacks of Krystals. She closed the windows and another young lady with braids came back with one sack of 12. My husband told her that we had 2 sacks of twelve, and she says, "Oh, we gonna have to pull you up for that second bag." He then asks for ketchup in the bag, and she says,"We ain't got no ketchup." I then tell her that we have been waiting for over 20 minutes and she should at least give us drinks for waiting so long for a mobile order. She looks like a deer in headlights and slowly says ok. She didn't ask what drinks we would like or anything. She closed the windows and we pulled up to the parking space. We sat there for about 15 more minutes, noticing that they parked 3 more cars!I proceed to get out of our vehicle to go find out where our foid is and the manager, Kay Kay, walks over and asks what we were waiting on. I gave her the run down, and she was very frustrated. She took the bag we had and said, " Yall foid gonna be cold. Give me that bag. I got yall. I told her about how the young lady She went in and about 10 minutes later, one of the other girls inside with long brown impair with blonde highlights, came out and handed a car in the drive-thru their order. This was very upsetting as we now have been waiting over 40 minutes! Kay Kay then comes back out with our food and 2 drinks. She apologized repeatedly for us having such a long wait. The only reason I didn't ask for a full refund was because it was already late, and we didn't want to have to wait longer than the hour we already waited. Needless to say the food that is left is going back today and we are going to get our $52.22 back. This was horrible. Kay Kay tried, but I would not recommend this location, at least not late night...smh Update After returning with the food to the restaurant and explaining what happened, Desiree and another young lady with 2 puff ponytails told me, "I cant do anything about that its been over 8 hours." I explained to her that we were from out of town and due to family events we were unable to return the food on Saturday. She said," I understand that, but I can only give you what's in the bag." I expressed to her that the food was not good and I did not want more of it. I asked her what her name was and she gave me her name, grabbed the bag, and walked away. Very poor customer service. Please avoid this location at all cost. With the money we spent and our situation, there should have been a greater effort to resolve this complaint. After calling Grubhub, we were able to get a full refund. We will still be calling the general manager, Shannon, to give our complaints and feedback. Avoid this location at all cost. We will not ever stop here again. Kay Kay at least showed some compassion and understanding. She tried. The others need more training on how to handle customer...

When we got our food we immediately started to dig in and eat! It was dark so we didnât see our food at first! We both ate 2 whole Krystalâs and started to eat these third. My fiancĂ© kept saying his were cold and wet and mine were too but I didnât say anything because I was thinking it was just not super fresh. My fiancĂ© was like no this isnât right at all and turned the lights on⊠and to our surprise the meat was RAW!!!!! It was like canned dog food! Cold wet and pink! I had just recently been introduced to Krystalâs a few months ago so when I was eating mine I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and not say anything but my fiancĂ© has been eating them his whole life and he just knew something wasnât right. When we turned the lights on and we saw this horrible disgusting mess we were eating it caused my fiancĂ© to immediately throw up! We went back through the drive through to talk to the manager. As we were pulling up we saw the cook in the lobby and his pants were dang near to the bottom of his butt! And you know they probably donât make them wash their hands! When we got to the window the employee saw the little meat slobs for herself and admitted they were raw! Over the next several days we both had extreme diarrhea and missed a ton of work unfortunately! This was such a horrible experience and Iâm saddened to say Iâm officially done eating Krystalâs ! Update: This place has been absolutely horrible lately. Only reason that I started going back to this location is because the Bartlett one closed. There was only one lady that gave great customer service and kept that place running tight, but haven't seen her in a couple of months. I've had to leave the line, including today after waiting almost twenty minutes (ridiculous!), six times in the last month. Knowing there's a morning rush, how does the manager or owner justify staffing it with only two people in that slot? Three days ago I was handed a Low carb sausage scrambler with a little bit of egg and NO SAUSAGE! Something told me to double check and had to reverse back to the window. Didn't get an apology, only attitude like I was bothering her by asking to have my order made correctly.
