Management is very poor especially in the morning. From her on down including the lady at the last window. The girl taking money is cool. Today I asked for a biscuit with extra butter. Got to the window asked for extra jelly Attitude.. Never a Good Morning from anyonre. The atmosphere inside and out is sorry. Pulled off it wasn't on there. Rolled back to the window, attitudes. Still no extra butter on my biscuit looked and saw a butter packet and no knife. Every time I go either I get what I didn't order or an attitude if I tell them they made a mistake OMG they hate correcing it. No apologies or nothing. But they are cool and happy playing & joking with each other or texting anf talking on their phones but CAN'T deliver good Customer Service. Do Your Job and If you DON'T like doing what you are suppose to be doing.... Then QUIT. And why the Coffee machine always be down.... After we'd paid, an employee came and said they couldn't make the coffee as the espresso machine wasn't working and asked if we wanted something else. We said no, that we would prefer to get our money back. After asking her supervisor, she said, she's had so many refunds that she doesn't want to give a refund and that she would try to make the coffee anyway. What she delivered had syrup in it and whipped cream on the top. We had asked for a plain latte and cappuccino. The next time they just brought normal black coffee with milk in it, which we had already said we didn't want. The communication was slow and everyone seemed so grumpy and as if they didn't care at all. Finally after 10 minutes and with people cueing up behind us, she agreed to give us our refund! Read moreI went through the drive thru with my boyfriend. The worker asked for his order, he placed his order and asked for the attendant to confirm, but we got no response. She took the next person's order in the lane next to us then came back to us as if we were new customers. He informed her that we already gave our order, but didn't hear anything back. She responded by saying that he didn't say anything so she just assumed that we left. She then rang up our order and told us to pull around. We got our order and lo and behold, it was wrong. I went inside to get the rest of my order. The girl who was supposed to be working the register was pulling orders from the line for the customers in the store and the drive thru. She looked at me and said that she'd be right with me before she pulled four orders. When she went back for a fifth, I just walked out.
