I had a horrible experience today. I purchased wings and they weren't completely cooked. I reported this and gave the remainder wings to the staff. I was given the same wings back and they were fried in grease. (Why were my wings fried in grease)? This was so unsanitary, placing my wings, which I ate off, in the grease that was used to cook other's food. I was so disappointed, however, wasn't totally surprised. No frills, no excuses BBQ menu. Chicken on a stick has to be their specialty and a great boneless choice! I've had a few other items here and everything I tried was great.
