Subway — Restaurant in Memphis

This was the worst experience, first of all I just left and I was the only customer there, so they really didn't have no reason to be this trifling. I ordered my veggie pizza like I do everytime. The lady making the order was so disgusting. She didn't cook my pizza all the way through, it was undone, she knew that but she continued to give me the pizza anyway. She sneezed and wiped her face with her hands, and she pulls my undone pizza out without washing her hands or putting any clean gloves on. I am so disgusted 🤢🤢🤢🤢I am not sure but I believe she had to touch my pizza to fix it because my pizza was so undone. I will never go back there, and I have been going to the subway for 10 years #hirebetterhelp...

Food is good. The ingredients are always fresh, the portions of toppings are great, the restaurant is always clean. The reason for my rating is that customer service needs improvement. I don't know her name but, she was a dark skinned young lady with a scarf on her head. My presence in the restaurant seemed to irritate her and she was very rude. She had a look of disgust the entire time she waited on me, did not place my food in a bag, and simply walked away after she pushed the food towards me on the counter. I work I customer service myself and I know people have bad days but you have to put your game face on while you are in front of a customer because it's your livelihood...

WORST SUBWAYS IN MEMPHIS AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE. She was extremely rude as if I was bothering her, I asked her to be polite and that there was no need for her attitude and she continued with it. I don’t like stopping in restaurants in neighborhoods where the traffic may be low due to what I assume is a conflict with food quality.
