Taco Bell — Restaurant in Memphis

This was the best Taco Bell Ever, but within the last 2 years it has went down, I wanted a refund was told to come in building, I did then was told by a lady she was the manger but didn't know how to give a debit card refund, I will have to wait for the other manager to come in, asked how long will that be she said he on his way I asked her to call him and let him know he had someone waiting cause I'm on my lunch break she said he coming I waited 30 minutes he wasn't there yet, so I asked her to sign her name on the Receipt and put on it I need a refund, she refused and said he on his way..he finally get there walk pass me do other stuff then come to me I said I need a refund and told him why, he said he don't know how to do a debit card refund either so he will give me cash.....SO I WASTED 45 MINUTES OF MY LUNCH TIME WHEN THE LADY COULD HAVE GIVEN ME MY REFUND LIKE HE DID.....I EAT TACO BELL 3 TO 4 TIMES A WEEK, I WILL NEVER GO...

I was so pleased with this particular visit that I had to leave a review. Usually when I order at this location, the food is just"ok". Little to no lettuce in the stuffing, the meat is luke warm and the wrapping is pathetic. This time I was very surprised. The young lady working the drive thru was very prompt and thorough. Great attitude and she multitasks really well, quite effortlessly in fact. My tacos were stuffed properly and the wrapping was perfect. If I had to pick out 1 wrong thing, it would be the meat. It was still kind of Luke warm but that could be an issue with the heating on the steam line. Other than that, this was a perfect visit. Thanks to the employees that are at work today. You obviously take pride in your work and I can appreciate that being a fellow restaurant employee. Y'all DID WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE,...

I was very nice and the young lady helped at first was too. She left the window and another woman came to the window. I think was probably the manager Im not sure I didn't ask but clearly someone who could benefit from some Customer service training she gave me my order with an attitude. I sat there trying get her attention for about 2 minutes even after she saw me still sitting there. I told her I was missing the chicken quesadilla. She looked and saw it and gave it to me. After checking the food for accuracy I noticed they put cheese on the soft chicken taco I repeatedly told them plain again trying to get her attention she ignores me a young man came up to the window I told him who told her. Apparently she said something smart because he looks at me and start to laugh. once I got my order I noticed quesadilla was burt....
