This was my first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The people kept coming in and the food kept going out! There is a pride in what they do. I ordered the catfish and fries and the gentleman made sure that I knew they also offered fried okra and homemade onion rings, so I changed to the fried okra. The wait was timely and the service was excellent. My only critique is that the okra was fried too hard and crumbled like chips when I tried to eat it, so maybe watch the cook time on that. I went there tonight as recommendation this was my 1st time when I tell you this is a great black owned place to get your dinner or lunch in I got the philly steak potato. WOW it was so savory so delicious it was like a meal you can eat on for 2 to 3 days and the couple that runs the place had the warmest welcome I recommend you all go support this brother and sister and I was more than pleasantly surprised when I opened the lid to look at my food there was so much cheese and black olives and steak and mushrooms that I couldn't even see the big potato That's what you call service I will be back...

The customer service was amazing! The guy behind the register was super nice & very helpful. My kid decided she didn’t want mayo after our order went back & they were super accommodating with the change! If you’re looking for a sit down restaurant, this place isn’t it. The food was amazing! We had the burger & fries & the meat lovers spud! I want to bathe in the garlic butter sauce, please don’t turn it down!!! It can be overwhelming because all the options sound delicious!
