Tim's Chicken — Restaurant in Memphis

I wish I could rate Tim's restaurant located on Perkins a zero star. I will never dine-in/out at this restaurant again. I ordered a hot/spicy four piece chicken tender combo with crispy golden fries/no seasoning and family size crispy golden fries no seasoning. As I opened the meal, I noticed the fries had seasoning and soft (no browning at all). Called to restaurant, spoke to Jennifer (the name I was given by the person whom I discussed my order being messed up). I was told to return food for replacement. Took Food back for fully replacement. Fries were replaced with cold half cook fries. The combo stayed the same with seasoning fries. Nothing replaced...Only sauce added to the chicken. Chicken cooold. Another give away was my meal was in the same original plate. Because it had the exact same hole in the same spot on the top right corner of the combo plate. I called. They told me to come back for full refund and combo meal replacement. That didn t happen, today ( Mar. 1, 3024). I sent my daughter. After hanging up from my daughter, I immediately called Tim's on Perkins. While boldly being lied too, I was told that they gave my food to my daughter and they watched her eat it before getting back in drive-thru requesting another replacement. This was literally a bold face lie! I was on the phone with my daughter the entire time as she pulled up to the drive-thru explaining why she was there; and until she finished talking to the woman at the window. I listen to the entire conversation. She stated, "They couldn't honor it because she didn't bring the food back' .I was told to throw the food away; and it would be replaced with a refund and meal replacement. The point is this... I was boldly lied too and my daughter boldly lied on with unexplainable poor customer services. Tim's restaurant definitely doesn't deserves my business nor anyone elses. This business definitely won't last long wiith this kind of service. Also, I gave my name; and was told to ask for Jennifer too receive my meal and refund. It speaks volumes about the integrity of that business and the individuals serving the public. Tim's restaurant is among the worse places to eat in Memphis and south East Memphis area due to its boldly dishonesty, customer service and extremely salty food. By the way, on another occasion I received the wrong order through Door dash; but looked over it. Not because the food tastes great🤮 but decided to give this place a break...That was a...

Called in a pick up order. The first thing I asked for was a 6 piece Boneless Wing Combo and a 6 Piece Wing Combo. The young lady repeated my order to me I asked how much was just 6 wings versus the whole combo, so I went ahead with the 6 Piece Wing Combo. My husband picked the order up and got home no Boneless Wing....why Because they don't sale Boneless Wings. The young lady knew this but did not state to me when I placed the order that they did not have Bonelaee Wings. She gave us what she wanted and then the 6 Piece Combo was wrong. I called the young lady stated that didn't have them, the young lady who took the order said I didn't say that. Instead of rectifying the problem they placed me on hold, never came back to the phone, when hung up and tried to call back the phone was of the hook. Wow. The food isn't that good anyway. I will never go back to Tim"s. If I had felt like and went where I really wanted to go my wings would have been on point. They don't come clos to American Deli on Park and Highland. Please Go To American Deli. They didn't want to give us our money back, but they had to call someone to get our money back. My husband came back with American Deli...

This review is based on my experience at the South Perkins location. I would have given them 5 stars but they recieved three bc of the food in general.The staff consist of older high school students and yound adults, They always give me the proper introduction and make me feel welcome. The food has very good potential but they dont take the time to properly prepare the food. Ive went to this location 4 times in the last month and i have come to the comclusion that if you dont order food that must be cooked fresh(fish onion rings okra ect) most likely you will recived some food that has been cook throughlly but has been sitting under some type of heat source(chicken meat patties fries ect) .meaning the freshness is absent in the dishes and for this reason they recieved 3 stars but HAS POTENTIAL FOR 5 STAR MAX. Not sure if the other location is better but i must say i do like the cat...
