Trap Fusion (Whitehaven) — Restaurant in Memphis

If you're a too good to go customer, don't bother choosing this place. When I went the man sounded so inconvenienced that I showed up during the pick up time. He said he tried to shut it off but it didn't work and yes they were slammed with guests in the lobby. They definitely need to hire more help.

Then the value of the bag was supposed to be $28, but per the menu prices the jerk chicken pasta was $18 & it shouldn't even be that much because the portion I got was worth $5 because they just shoved some pasta in a small container and sprinkled it with a few pieces of chicken on top. I feel like they did this because I wasn't a traditional customer

Also, though he tried and I could tell he was overwhelmed, the guy at the counter is a liar/bad at being transparent. Once I found out that I was getting pasta, I decided I wanted some coco bread too. I asked the man is the coco bread something they already had prepared so I could just pay for it & go. He said yes, yet 15 minutes later I'm still in the restaurant because they are so short staffed that nobody had time to toast it (which again he could've just said no it's not ready to go & I wouldve left). Lastly, they are overpriced, the coco bread was $4 & was nothing like the kind I had in Arizona (tasted better & came complimentary with my jerk chicken tacos), it tasted like toasted hamburger buns.

I decided I would order from Trap Fusion today because, I had a taste for beef patties. I placed the order for a spicy beef patty, Curry chicken patty and coco bread. I was so excited, could not wait to get home and eat because, I'm super hungry. I opened the aluminum foil when I got home and I have a beef patty and coco bread. But, no Curry chicken patty. It was greens. I called up there, a young lady answers the phone. I explained to her what I ordered and what I received. This lady got smart with me and kept telling me what the only two patties they make and if they didn't put enough chicken on there just say that. I asked is the chicken supposed to be greens ? She says ma'am I don't know I didn't open your pattie and look inside. Her attitude was terrible. I just said okay and as I was hanging up she still was rude. I just said "WOW!" So basically, you'll took my money, gave poor service, did not try to rectify the situation and left me hungry because, I had to throw the food away. The bottom of the beef patty was still soggy. That's not how you should treat people who try to support your business. I couldn't figure out how to post the pictures so I could show the lady how wrong she was for being rude when they're the ones who made...

Trap Fusion yes I support a black own business however, I placed an order for the very first time it was really good.I placed an order Thursday 07/22 I ordered the jerk chicken shrimp Alfredo pasta and the jerk chicken salad. There was No salad dressing in the bag, no eggs on the salad like the picture shows and there was No garlic bread with the pasta like it was given the first time. The shrimp the first time was grilled this shrimp this time was under cook if cooked at all. A young guy took my call that day I made sure to tell him what I wanted. I am very disappointed about the service even when I read not good reviews I still gave this business a chance even went to work told a few of my co workers to support. I have called for 2 days now for an manager. I'm told no manager is available which lead me to type this review. Also, my car was in the shop that day my food was delivered to me so with that being said No salad dressing how could a salad be eaten that way??
