Worst experience ever, from ordering to getting my cold food. Employees had an attitude from the beginning and it started when placing my order. I asked for no pickles and there was a long sigh and he said “is that all” very rudely. I also asked for extra mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and onions and his response was “it comes on it.” I then repeated that I asked for EXTRA. He let out another rude sigh. I then proceeded to the window to pay and I asked him why did he have to be so rude and his response was it was hot in there, because they had no air. I said well y’all need to close until you do, because “it’s the attitude for me.” I said I was sorry to hear that, but you can’t project that onto your customers. Upon proceeding to the window to get my food I asked the lady if she would make sure that my extra vegetables were on there as I had to pay for it and she says “we fix it the way you order it.” I told her that it’s always wrong no matter where I go. So when I received my order, it was cold and wrong and I had to get out and go in to make them fix it properly as I paid extra for the vegetables. They give 1 tomato, 1 piece of onion and a couple strips of shredded lettuce for a whopper and asking for more is considered extra. Make it make sense Burger King “have it your way” but not really. Read moreI'm in the area quite often and love to see new businesses open up. I want to support this new store and have been to the location twice. Both times there were more workers than customers. The place was brand new on my first visit and the staff literally sat there doing nothing after I ordered. Finally, after 10 minutes they started to work on my order. I got my order almost 20 minutes after I placed it (remember there was no one in front of me). No condiments, no napkins, no "thank you" or "thanks for coming in". I left and my hamburger was literally thrown together and cold and my fries were hot but not cooked through and super greasy. Literally took 2 bites and threw it away. I'm a fat guy and will eat almost anything. It was inedible. I wanted to support the business and figured it was new so I tried it again. I went through the drive through. No greeting, so I finally just pulled around. The gal at the window was annoyed, but eventually took my order. Once again hamburger looked thrown together but this time it was also old and cold. The fries were very old, cold and greasy. I couldn't eat the fries but did actually eat 1/2 the burger before I decided to just cross the street and get food at McDonalds. The store is new and nice and I love Burger King, but this place is AWFUL!!! I feel bad for the new owners and boy does this place...
Read moreI visited this location on New Year’s Day around 3:00 PM and I went through the drive-through. I sat there for three minutes. No one came on the intercom to take my order so I pulled to the window and a black male short GAY guy was at the window. He slid the window open, and gave me the ugliest look and asked me what did I want and I told him that no one came on the intercom to take my order and he told me that it’s gonna be a minute before he could take my order in a really nasty tone and he slammed the window and told another female worker to come and talk to me because he wasn’t going to deal with no stupidity today and I didn’t give him no trouble. I was just trying to make my order. I told the female worker that I would go to another location to get better customer service and that I will never come back to this location again it was ridiculous. Things need to be changed or else you all need to shut this location down!!!!!! I ended up going to the Burger King on Elvis Presley and the customer service and the food was amazing and I will return to that location in the near future the DM need to get the Millbranch location up to part point blank!!!!!!
