Butta Butter Cookies — Restaurant in Memphis

A few weeks ago I patronized this establishment while I was in the city for a visit. I went around 1:20pm on a Monday but they weren’t open. I called the number and the guy said he’d be there shortly and asked what I wanted which was a dozen butter cookies. I get a call back from him an hour later saying he’s there now although I’d long left and was clear across town I decided to go back and waited about 30mins but he finally came out with the hottest box of cookies I’d ever had. I didn’t eat any that day but the next evening when I got back to the DMV those damn cookies were still so fresh and delicious that I wish I’d bought more! Loveee the drive thru! @ first I wasn’t so sure about the cookies because they were so light, but then I realized they were basically like the Butter Cookies you buy in stores. My favorite by far was the strawberry. I got strawberry, peanut butter, chocolate, chip, and butter cookies. I want to go back and get a 12 pack of just the strawberry ones!

They’re also still so fresh the next day. I stuck mine in the air fryer to heat them up a little bit to make them gooey again....
