I went to Wendy’s today and ordered a big bacon classic combo two biggie double burger combos I got my burger and while I was eating on my burger waiting on my Second biggie bag. The first biggie bag nuggets were hard. The fries was old and heart, as well as mine in my combo and when I ask the lady to give me new fries, she gave me more old dry cold fries. I was so hungry. I started eating my burger while waiting for the rest of my order, the manager looked at me and demanded me to go and sit down at a table to eat when I should have been in my car eating if they had to gave me my meal on time when I get my first meal, the counter was nasty and oily greasy. I stood in line like 1520 minutes before my order was even taken, and while I was even a sandwich halfway through it I noticed it was half done, and when I showed the manager the half done burger, she looked me dead in my eyes and told me that the burger was not have done and that I was not going to get sick and that meat was pink. She got a attitude with me her in and the raggedy wig, front counter scarecrow like did something wrong. She’s standing out front counter, looking like a witch doctor made at me because I asked for my money back. It is it is terrible. The only thing good about that visit was the cook the cook was greeting. He had a great personality, and he was very attentive, unlike the manager, which was standoffish and just had a attitude with me from the start like I said, I stood on front counter like 10 or 15 minutes before my order was taken a nice gentleman working the grill handle me and the grill while the manager paced back and forth he asked me what I was getting and he had my food prepared before the cashier with the botched,lace front took my order and the hyena looking manager walked past me the whole time I was standing there waiting for my order to get taken, it was terrible experience. Please do not go to this. Wendy’s. Don’t get well. Whoever is the owner of this restaurant. Please hire someone that takes their job seriously the manager at the restaurant is very incompetent and needs to be replaced. I’ve worked at restaurants at a teenager and my boss wouldn’t have had his restaurant look like that me being a worker and management, I would think that your manager would be more professional than what I saw today she needs to be reprimanded. The reason why I came in was because I was in drive thru for literally 30 min with one car in front at the speaker and one pulled up waiting for their order and six cars behind us Wendy’s is my daughter and I favorite burger stop please do better And bring back that crabby...
Read moreI work in the restaurant business so I understand where you are coming from but it's a whole nother hour on your paycheck and who knows maybe it could be over time why does it bother some fast food workers so badd to stay open that last hour to provide food for somebody who may have been working all day and not been able to eat a single meal all day long and you refuse to not be lazy and serve themOn top of that her attitude was terrible and she informed me that she did not have grilled chicken for a chicken blt sandwich instead of just suggesting fried chicken which really isn't that big of a difference unless you're on a diet mainly though the bit*h was beyond rude. Read moreFood is always good when I can get some. This is the 5th time in a row I have not gotten food about 1230( advertised closing at 1am), I take break about 1220. This time, I watched them watch me pull in, Sat at the drive through for about 3-4 minutes. I pull up to the window, 2 of the employees walk by or stand there and avoid looking over like I’m not sitting there, then when I got one of the employees to acknowledge me, he says they’re closed. I ask what time they close, I get a real answer after I ask both of them about 2-3 times. They tell me they close at 12 and walk out the door at 1. I ask for any contact info for general management to address this issue. Both of the employees were asked, neither one would give any info, just said no or shrugged shoulders. If you close at 12, please change the hours to reflect that. This way someone looking for food won’t waste their time with these shenanigans.
