Throw the entire evening crew away that worked the night of September 15, 2021. We placed an order for delivery and once the delivery driver arrived they told him that their system was down and they couldn't pull the order yet they had charged my card already. They told him to call me and have me cancel the order with full knowledge that I couldn't cancel the order once they have taken the money. I tried to get it cancelled through Doordash but they informed that the merchant needed to cancel the order plus refund me.
After an hour, the delivery driver drove back to their location because they wouldn't remove the order from his dash. He was able to get our food but they intentionally messed the entire order up. We ordered two plain spicy chicken sandwiches and they not only saturated both sandwiches with mayonnaise but they added wilted lettuce and old tomatoes. We also ordered a Spicy chicken asiago sandwich with no tomato and added onion and they left off the bacon, asiago cheese, and onion while saturating the sandwich in ranch dressing and adding wilted lettuce and an old tomato.
We spent money for a meal that was not worth the money and had to throw away two of the sandwiches because they simply weren't edible. This Wendy's needs new management and new employees because it's obvious that they no longer care about their jobs and the quality of food and just come to work for a paycheck. Nobody made them apply for a job at Wendy's and therefore they shouldn't work there if they are going to be vindictive and intentionally mess up orders for no...
Read moreI have just experienced the worst customer service in a fast food restaurant ever. So don't go here. Wendy's on Austin Peay/ Covington Pike by Walmart. The employees don't care. The manager doesn't care either. I was 1st in line and It took me 19 minutes to get a 6 piece nugget and small frosty. I dealt with cashier Nimeria who didn't know how to ring up for a FREE frosty on the app. She obviously couldn't count because she insisted my total should be $5.58 for $3.09 nuggets and a free frosty. I could see on the screen what the problem was instead of dealing with it she just walked off and helped 5 other customers as I stood there. She finally got a manager who came with a nasty attitude, like it was a bother to come assist her cashier named Tasha and also argued that was right instead of listening to the customer. Bad business. The cashier had rung up 2 frosty items but both of there attitudes were too ugly to even hear what the problem was. It was finally fixed and the manager just walked off. She never apologized, she never even smiled. They both need customer service training. The owner should be aware of how this business is being ran. HORRIBLY!!!!! Just so you know I have 10s of thousands of followers and they will all hear of this horrible treatment. DO BETTER WENDY'S 😠 If you don't like your job find...
Read moreTo Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant. My experience was unprofessional, careless, and deeply disappointing.
I specifically ordered a $5 Biggie Bag with a Chicken BLT, but instead, I was given a bacon cheeseburger. The fries I received were old and clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, the chicken nuggets were carelessly tossed upside down in the bag. Adding to my frustration, I was not given a receipt for my order. Unfortunately, I only realized these issues once I made it all the way home, which made it impossible to immediately correct the mistakes.
The lack of professionalism extended to the customer service I encountered. The workers who handed me my food did not greet me, acknowledge me, or say a single word throughout the transaction. This silence, combined with the incorrect and poorly handled order, left me feeling disrespected and disregarded as a customer.
I am both angry and disgusted with the level of service I received. This experience was unacceptable, and I expect immediate corrective action to ensure that other paying customers do not have to...
