I'm still a bit shocked about my experience at this Dunkin. I went on a Sunday after placing a mobile order, they were busy and down a staff member according to the woman behind the counter. I was waiting for 25 munchkins when I saw a staff member carrying two munchkin boxes out from the back and put them behind the counter near the register. I thought, surely one of those is mine and she just made a mistake. At that point I had been waiting 15 minutes. After another 10 minutes the munchkins were still behind the counter so I asked how much longer and she said they are out of munchkins but will make more, it will be at least another 10 minutes. I said I'd just prefer a refund I can't wait any longer, my husband was waiting in the car with my baby and toddler and it had already been 25 minutes. She said ok, wait in line for a refund. I waited in line behind 9 people and when I finally got to the register the woman at the register told me no, I can't get a refund on a mobile order, but I can wait another 10 minutes for the munchkins to be done cooking. I told her I'd already been waiting 35 minutes and asked about the boxes of munchkins she had put behind the counter 20 minutes ago. She said "those are for someone else who already paid." At that point I was a bit shocked because I too had already paid and usually when a customer pays the food or drink is put by the mobile order pickup with a receipt, not hidden by the cash register. So I straight up asked her if they were being saved for a staff member. She got tight lipped and walked away to check the munchkins in the toaster. After a couple back and forths like this, me asking if I could just have the munchkins she was clearly hoarding for herself or a friend, she shoved the box at me and told me to take them. By far, this one is the worst I bought a chocolate frosting and the chocolate was all over the bag it was so messy, and. When I try to switch it to get a next one they give me an attitude and the lady told me I smooshed it myself Why would I do that? I was standing right there waiting for my wake up wrap and saw it. Smh! Then she’s trying to say I’m lying to my face. Then there was a next time I order a croissant with butter. It’s like they put 1 pound of butter. when I go and ask for a little butter separate, so I put put it on how I want too. they don’t want to give me but other Duncan does it. Went in at 430 pm, the place e was packed 15 people, including myself. I absolutely give the 2 young high school guys credit for doing the best they could - they were overwhelmed.
