McDonald's — Restaurant in Mendota

This review is based on my experience. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 egg white delights, an orange juice and a smoothie, nothing fancy just what's on their menu. I get to the window, the young lady asks me to park out front (which is what they usually do at this location for some odd reason). I parked out front and waited 10 minutes...then 15...I went inside and asked if my food was ready. The lady TOLD me she was going to give me my money back. I didn't understand, she said they take longer "with complicated orders". I said I did not want my money back, all I wanted were the sandwiches. She kept yelling Maria to some lady, turned to me and rolled her eyes. After about 10 more minutes I finally got my sandwiches. Not once did she apologize. im not expecting free food, all i wanted was an apology and some sort of respect. The manager did not acknowledge the situation either, she just kept hiding in some corner. I was embarrassed for them. They truly lack soft skills and management needs to lead by example. I recently visited this mcdonalds location at about 10:38 AM and I ordered the 2 sausage egg&cheese Mcmuffin sandwiches which are 2 for 5 and I was told since I came after breakfast was over which breakfast ends at 10:30 AM I had to pay for the sandwiches individually I couldn't get the 2 for 5 dollar special so i went ahead and bought the sandwiches anyways so I visited this mcdonalds location a few days later again around the same time after 10:30 AM and I ordered the same thing again and they gave them to me for 2 for 5 dollars so im confused as to why It's a different price on different days I assume the uoung lady assisting me was in a bad mood she was really rude if your not happy where you work or you don't know how to interact with people then flip burgers in the back or simply find another job that doesn't require people skills thank...

I'm giving this place 1 star. The cashier asked me if I wanted my change because she "ran out of change" i replied "yes" she rolled her eyes and had attitude when she gave it to me. She must have told the girl in the 2nd window because she had a bad attitude with me and gave my son a happy meal with an open box of nuggets and upside down fries. I waited for her to come back to the window and said "I will not give my son this happy meal with an open box of nuggets and upside down fries scattered everywhere in the box" so, she said "oh my god" and left, came back with the same box and I asked her what her name was and she ignored me.
