Nothing wrong with the food but the staff member Jorge was basically the rudest perdon ive had the displeasure of dealing with in the food service industry. I tied my dog outside just to place a quick order and the guy locks the door behind me and I politely asked if he could lock it after I walked out but he might as well have told me to go F myself with the attitude I got for a basic question. Literally "oh thats too bad man. The doors locked I guess, now what do you need?"
Believe the staff member was Jorge and the condescension oozing from this joker was insane. Like I was his annoying ex girlfriend at his birthday party while he laughed and joked with the staff around him.
The hilarious thing is the door was totally unlocked for me to exit but he didnt tell me that. It's like he was happy to inconvenience me.

Read moreThis particular Jack in the Box was not well maintained. I took pics to show the way it was when I showed up, and when I left (I was there approximately 25 minutes). On top of the photos here were some other notes: the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was empty, the soap dispenser was empty, the soda machine was not working properly.
There seemed to be enough people working (it was not extremely busy, but maybe they were training new people I don't know). The issue seemed to be the manager was not managing their personnel. I waited over 10 minutes to get my "fast food", and while I was waiting, a lady who came in waited 10 minutes just to get her order taken. There was not an incessant line at the drive through (seemed to average maybe a car every 3 minutes), and only a few customers in the lobby. Read moreI walked in at about 1 AM to order not realizing they're closed in their lobby cause most Jack in the Box's are open to dine in 24 hours. I drive a vehicle too big for most drive thru places. They refused to take my order because the register was closed even though the drive thru register was right there. I asked them to just pretend I'm in the drive thru and I'll pay them right there. They said I had to go thru the drive thru I said I'd have to walk sure to the size of the vehicle. They said ok. So I walk around the other side, they take my order and then ask if I'd like to wait in front (basically where I just came from). They had several employees sitting in the lobby and the door was unlocked so they could come in and out for people waiting in their vehicles for online orders.
