Starbucks — Restaurant in Menlo Park

Normally I like this Starbucks despite the always overcrowded and dangerous parking lot. But I tried their cold brew coffee a few days ago, and either Starbucks has no idea how to make cold brew coffee, or they ran out and gave me regular iced coffee, because I have never had cold brew coffee that was as bitter as the one I was given. a month ago, i probably would have rated this location a 4. the staff is friendly and make my drink correctly. my reduction to 3 stars is largely due to the fact that my mobile orders have been delayed the last four times i came in. the estimate is usually 3-6 minutes or 4-7. i always order 9-10 minutes ahead but still end up waiting in the store for an extra couple of minutes. on one occasion they still had not yet placed my mobile order...

I give Starbucks a lot of business when traveling around so hugely disappointed when DENIED a basic human need to use their bathroom.

I believe that if you're going to be open during the pandemic, it should mean that you take the time to ensure the cleanliness and accessibility. As you can see, sign says "We are open. "
