Dunkin' — Restaurant in Menomonee Falls

I started working at dunkin in march 2020 since working there i’ve been treated with but nothing disrespect both by customers and staff specifically Daniela Malku and Aries box. Not only are they disrespectful the establishment is extremely unclean and most products being served are expired or have been sitting out for hours when they should have been refrigerated and when I brought this to the manager Aries box attention I was told to use it anyways. They don’t care about your health they just want money. Donuts and food are always handled with no gloves and unwashed hands and none of the food is ever kept at the temp it should be so that a human can consume it . They don’t change coffee bags so whenever you get iced coffee there is mold or residue at the bottom and none of it is kept cool nor does it have a cover on top to stop bugs and debris from falling in. They very rarely deep clean and when they do it’s never at the level it should be. We are always extremely understaffed due to the fact that everyone keeps quitting because of poor management and treatment. Since starting there i’ve worked at the New berlin,Menominee and silver spring location and the same things happen at each location. I was recently wrongfully let go as a result of me not being able to work because of an emergency operation i had to get done on my tooth. I was removed from the schedule and taken out of the work chat with no explanation and when i tried to reach out I was flat out ignored by both aries box and daniela malku. I did provide a doctors excuse for one day and offered to get some for the following but I was ignored. I feel that i was terminated in a wrongful manner and it’s completely unfair. I’m tired of holding in these secrets and i’m fed up with how dunkin treats not only their workers but their...

So I went there this morning, I was verrrry disappointed! I have been here before and the service has always been so so, but today made me decide NEVER to go here again... so I wait in like 4 cars for 20 mins can’t really get out once committed, unfortunately. So I order a large iced tea, a “dozen” mini donuts and a French crawler. I get to the window and no one is there to great me, I wait 5 mins and a guy comes and asks if I have been helped I said no, no one has been here he said, okay turns his back on me and drinks his drink.... okay wth. I can see him the entire time and he doesn’t go talk to anyone just stands there doing absolutely nothing. Finally a few mins later the lady gets to the window no apology for the wait just hand me a bag. I look in it and it’s the donut holes, I put it off to the side. The lady who was not welcoming or friendly whatsoever then shoved my drink at me and says oh do you still want the French crawler, as I’m still waiting, I tell her yes since I am confused as to why she would ask since she charged me for it and I ask for a straw as she’s hands it to me looking at me like I’m stupid. I drive off a little and open the donut holes and count 9 not the dozen I ordered at this point I said f it I’m not going back in there I don’t care enough to have to spend one more minute there. Feb 6 2020. 5:40AM I was at this store.

Came here to get 3 dozen donuts, 2 boxes of Joe, a coffee and breakfast sandwich.

There were two people working in the store. One gentlemen who did not know how to ring up my order and a woman who had 2 speeds: slow and "is she moving?".

Took nearly 10 minutes of me standing at the counter to get my order entered. While I was waiting to order two customers behind me just walked out. They messed up a guys coffee order behind me etc etc. Once I did order it was 88 dollars and the woman told me to call in for an order like this....

I've been going to Dunkin for 20 plus years this specific one for 4 years...never had anyone ever tell me to call in an order. Hell, with an average sale in the low single dollars every store should be happy to have a nearly 100 dollar sale.

After 20 minutes with no breakfast sandwich I was told they are all out of the bagel I ordered....

Total time to fulfill my order has been nearly 30 minutes now and I am still waiting.

While I was waiting for my order to be fulfilled 2 more people just left due to the absolute tragedy of service here.

Will be the absolute last time I ever come here for literally anything I would rather drive 15 minutes out of my way. Might be my last Dunkin...
