My family and I visited Jimmy John's on Silver Spring in Menomonee Falls on Saturday, as we were in the area for a local soccer tournament. There were 3 people working, and the service was less than friendly, and definitely not fast. I sometimes like to put some juice from the hot peppers on my sandwich, and asked if they have small cups. The person helping me said yes, I asked for some of the juice on the side, he went to grab a cup, and the manager told him no. He said the small cups are only for water. And so I addressed my request to the manager. I said, "I just want a little bit of the pepper juice on the side, can I just use one of these cups?" He refused. I reminded him of customer service (because there are customer service quotes all over Jimmy John's restaurants), and he said no, the cups are only for water. I asked one of the other workers to give me some, he sheepishly looked down and told me the manager wouldn't let him. And so I asked the manager's name. He said Christian. Read moreI have given them many different chances, each time I order it is for delivery. Each time it takes forever!!! The past time I ordered it took 2 hours before I got my sub. I ordered my food, and paid with my card over the phone. An hour goes by and I decide I better call to make sure the driver is not lost or anything like that. The guy on the phone was very rude, and proceeded to tell me that the address I had given was not valid... How is this not true when it is MY address!!! He then said that the driver tried to call but could not get through because it was the wrong phone number.... That the guy who took the order had written down the wrong number.... Not to mention they have a caller ID! He then said that once there was an available driver my food would be brought out to me. No apology or anything!...
Read moreI was disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I recently bought five sandwiches from this location to take to the beach with my family. Unfortunately, one of the sandwiches had almost no filling—just a little turkey and no other ingredients. It was clearly made by mistake, and one of us ended up without a proper lunch. I returned to the store that evening to explain the situation, but instead of offering a refund or replacement, the manager only gave me a few ingredients. That response felt careless and disappointing, especially since I paid full price for the sandwich. Mistakes happen, but I expected better service and accountability...
