I'd give no stars if it were an option. I place my order via the mobile app for curbside pickup. I've been using the mobile app for a year at another location and never had problems with my orders. I order a double hamburger no pickle, no mustard and no onions. (Basically only ketchup but the app doesn't have the option to order this way.) ordered 2 Mcdoubles no mustard or pickle, a chocolate shake and large fry. Employee comes out to my car and asked if I ordered a shake. I said yes. She said what kind? I was like chocolate. Her response was we don't have chocolate only vanilla or strawberry. I told her to take it off the order then. She told me she couldn't because it was mobile order. Fine I guess I understand that, so I said vanilla. Same employee comes out with a bag or food (no shake) and asked, did I have the order with the 2 double cheese burgers. I said yes but I also ordered a double hamburger. She walked back inside with the bag of food. The manager came out with a bag of food and the vanilla shake. I opened the bag to check the food. All 3 burgers were a standard Mcdouble with everything on it. I went inside with my bag of food and said this is all wrong. I showed them my order on my phone and the manager read the order to the cooks (5 times). I received the "corrected" order and went back to work. Opened up the double hamburger (only ketchup) and it's a single hamburger. Didn't even bother to go back because it's not worth the hassle. I had already wasted 30 minutes...
   Read moreUpdate 3/31/2019: They have improved... Still just a typical McDonalds. Upped from 1 to 3 stars. Previous review 1 stars Went there twice today for breakfast and lunch but left with out food both times.
For breakfast, I could not make you purchase because their credit card machine was down. I didn't have time to go anywhere else so I didn't eat breakfast.
Then for lunch (like 230 pm)stopped at an ATM because I needed cash, right, and I'm hungry. I initially wait in the drive thru for about 3- 5 minutes and the line doesn't move. Therefore I go inside and wait. Somebody tells me he will be with me in a minute. Continues to work the drive thru and appears to forget about me. Someone else walks to the counter and says he'll be with me for a minute. Then two young kids his age walk up behind me he gives them a "sign" and then precedes to make them free McFlurries and mochas. I'm just standing there... waiting and watching this employee steal. I now look at my watch and I have four minutes to get back to work.
I stopped at an ATM, waited in line, went inside and was ignored watching an employee steal from his employer... AND Im still hungry! I think I'll go to a different...
   Read moreIf 0 stars were possible that's what I'd rate this location. Went through the drive-thru, ordered 2 PLAIN double cheeseburgers, notice on the receipt it doesn't say plain. Get to the second window and I ask the employee if they were indeed made plain. The employee looks in the bag, nods yes and hands me the bag. All of this and the employee never said a word. Checked my bag in the parking lot to be sure my order was correct. NOPE; Regular burgers. Go inside and customers there see me walking in with my order and chuckle, do I assume I was not the first one who recently came back with a wrong order. Get to the counter and there's no one at the registers. Manager is standing next to the registers and doesn't acknowledge my presence for a few minutes. When he does he yells back the correct order and then begins the wait. As I waited employees were just talking to each other or on their phones. During that time they even got a fellow employee's order wrong! Finally get my order, check it, and leave. This entire ordeal was between 1:30pm to 1:50pm. That's 20 minutes, and there were no other orders coming in or going out that entire...
