Hold this beauty in your hands and you'll instantly be captivated. The golden-brown crust is a canvas, its surface a tapestry of bubbling cheese and a scattering of vibrant, garlic-kissed chicken pieces. A closer look reveals a tantalizing dance of colors: the emerald green of diced green onions, the crimson gleam of diced tomatoes, and the creamy white of the garlic sauce base, its aroma a siren song of deliciousness.
The First Bite: A Revelation
As you take that first glorious bite, a kaleidoscope of flavors explodes in your mouth. The creamy garlic sauce, rich and flavorful without being overpowering, sets the stage. The tender, marinated chicken pieces, infused with the essence of garlic, are the stars of the show, each mouthful a burst of savory satisfaction. The crisp green onions and juicy diced tomatoes add a refreshing counterpoint, their vibrant acidity cutting through the richness of the sauce and chicken.
But the true revelation lies in the crust. Baked to golden perfection, it is a textural delight. The outer edges are crisp and slightly chewy, offering a satisfying resistance to your bite. The inner layers are soft and airy, providing a pillowy bed for the symphony of flavors above. Each bite is a testament to the perfect balance between texture and taste.
A Culinary Journey
With each subsequent bite, you embark on a culinary journey. The flavors dance and twirl, each ingredient contributing its unique note to the overall harmony. The garlic, once the dominant melody, now plays a supporting role, accentuating the richness of the chicken and the freshness of the vegetables. The crust, once a firm foundation, now becomes an integral part of the experience, its subtle texture adding depth and dimension to each mouthful.

I waited patiently only to watch the two workers joking around and throwing toppings on pizzas. The place was a complete mess. When the pizza was finally completed about 20 minutes later, I said to JJ they’re goofy around and the store being a complete mess was unacceptable. I said I go to the County Line Road Location occasionally and have never experienced this. JJ’s response was “then why don’t you go there”. That was rude and certainly not how to handle customer service. This store on pilgrim is out of product quite often. Two weeks ago I had a free Rocky Road bar coming and was told they were out. My name was put in a book to pick it up but never got it. I was given a tub of cookie dough 2 weeks later. Still no Rocky road. Ordered a cheesy bread last week to be told they had none. Ordered one yesterday only to be told they didn’t have the one we wanted, but could take a different one. I have contacted different managers about different problems asking to have the owner call me, which has yet to happen. Many things need to be addressed at this store. Product availability, completion of orders accurately, cleanliness and employee attitudes. I realize they are short handed, especially on Tuesdays, but that shouldn’t reflect on the customer. Without customer support, you don’t have a successful business. I hope the owner takes these comments seriously. We have been coming and supporting this store primarily since it opened. Doesn’t look like we will be back anytime soon.

Read morePlaced an online order for 2 large pizzas(Chicago-Style Stuffed). The order was placed at 6:17pm and was set for an ASAP order with the promised time of 31 minutes(6:48pm). I arrived just prior to 6:50pm to find the lights out and doors locked. I could see an employee sweeping near the counter. I tapped on the door's glass. The employee unlocked the door and I told him I ordered 2 pizzas. The employee immediately said they didn't have the product to make the pizzas. I stepped inside and asked to speak to the manager to which another employee claimed responsibility. I said I wanted the corporate manager. He stated the store is franchise owned. I asked for the owners contact information; the employee stated,"the owner doesn't want his contact information given out". I WONDER WHY! W156N5530 Pilgrim Rd Suite C, Menomonee Falls 53051
The employee's further tried to tell that they attempted to call me. When the "manager" provided me the receipt I noticed the ink on the printed receipt was light and missing some characters, some of which was my phone number. The missing numbers on the printed receipt made the number illegible. Telling me they attempted to call was an outright lie.
This location fails miserably to uphold the Papa Murphy's brand. Franchise or not, the store location still represents the Papa Murphy's brand and product.
As smugly as the "manager" claimed franchise ownership, I will assert that I won't choose Papa Murphy's (franchise or corporate owned)...
