Hardee’s — Restaurant in Menomonie

I was so excited when the overnights opened again at this Hardee's. I have been there a couple times since they have had nights opened. Once when you women was working. They were busy cleaning and when they saw me apologized for making me wait. Not an issue. One took my order and then told me there would be about a 3 minute wait because they made everything to order. When I got my monster combo the burger was great and the curly fries where hot and fresh. Not only did I get my food but another apology. However when I stopped there last night it was not great service. I waited for 10 minutes to be served. This time it was a tall guy without a mask on. Ok seems to be working alone no big deal. When he finally came to take my order he was rude and treated me like I was bothering him. I made my order and went to sit down. I watch him through the window make my food. When I watched him take a bun out of something and the burger patties out as well I noticed he was not wearing gloves. When he came around he set my food on the counter and walked back to the back. Are you kidding me? Unfortunately I did not eat any of this food and just went to Kwik trip. I feel that it is nasty to make somebody's food without gloves on. I mean how do I know his hands were clean???? As for the mask, with everybody getting sick constantly In truly feel he should be wearing a mask especially when the ladies at the store were. I will never eat there again when this guy, Bryan or Ryan, is working. That was nasty. I would have given no stars if that was an option. They need more workers like the two ladies on...

The food was really good each time I have been there. The only issue I encountered was the customer service. The first time I went it was raining and I pulled into the second stall to order food. (Sometimes when I pull up to a drive thru they start talking right away and I don't open my window fast enough. So I thought maybe that was the case.) No one answered me, so I pulled up to the brick & mortar window. The associate wasn't as friendly as she could have been in explaining that the 2nd drive thru is typically closed. I drove back around to see how I could have missed the sign. It was positioned in a way that you might see more clearly when it isn't raining and if your side mirrors aren't in the way. She just seemed annoyed that I came to the window without ordering. I would anticipate people making that mistake and be really friendly and maybe even apologize. Overall it was good food & I will go back from time to time. Just curious as to why the second stall isn't used in such a busy location. Do not ever waste your money here. We ordered a #2 and a #3 in that order. She rang it up as a #1 And a #2 and then claimed she thought we said # 1 and #2?! The manager had to help her fix the order. We got a smushed nasty hot dog in the #3 instead of a cookie. The burger was cold, had so much mustard on it that it leaked out and was soaked into the wrapper and there were 6 damn pickles slapped on it.6 pickles? Really? Kind of overkill. The chicken strips were so soaked with grease they were soggy inside and completely flimsy. Curly fries were cold. We called in less than 10 minutes after we left asking to speak to manager. She put us on hold and tried to tell us he was in a meeting. Really? He wasn't 5 minutes ago when we were in the store! She didn't even ask why we were calling just immediately offered to send us free coupons! The food was so disgusting it wouldn't even be worth eating if it was free!! Don't waste your time or...
