No not worth the rude ridiculous attitude that the girls give you at the counter. 1.they stand around till work is piled up to the walls of the dining area and than give you attitude as if you're the reason their lazy a** is struggling to get orders taken care of. Janet. the heavy set attitude sprung sorry excuse of an employee cashier needs to get it together her attitude alone had me disliking the service she was providing I swear if she rolled her eyes one more time I was gonna make them roll out of her head. Janet aging had no right to caup attitude with another customer when said customer was just letting her know someone made a mess in the restroom. Janet's response "well it wouldn't be that way if people would clean up after themselves and not make a mess sorry I can't do anything about it". Than made another employee go lock the doors to the restroom. The food was okay nothing like it used to be dirty a** tables and full trash cans one girl (the new one) working her but off while janet and the drive thru girl stand and chat. Commanding her to expedite food orders and clean the mess while they take extra rootbeer floats to the back Instead of being courteous and handing them to people like they should've. 5.the overall experience and discomfort from other customers was baffling. As they too displayed negative thoughts and words about this once a upon a time good place to eat at. Please fix this place. You're establishment is merely surviving and it's thanks to the attitude and disrespect of your employees and negative reactions from customers that disagree with those employees...
Read moreI've been to this A&W 2 occasions with each time being great. I've only went through the drive thru so can't necessarily comment on the inside. I actually stopped here originally as I'm from the midwest and so the familiar establishment caught my eye. I was ecstatic to find out the wonderful cheese curds they have are of course WI cheese 🧀 as we all know there is no better cheese. Going thru the drive thru has always been a great experience with the wonderful staff they have. Both times they let me know that it would take longer than normal due to working alone I believe the reasoning was. Which I don't mind waiting under this circumstance but am overjoyed that they let you know right away. It's the little things that make the difference. They are also very patient, helpful and friendly. Since arriving in CA for a long- term but temp job assignment I've come to realize that at times finding even mediocre customer service can be difficult. So when you have great customer service in Socal, It does not go unnoticed. Wish I give a shout out specifically to the two different gentlemen I encountered unfortunately I didn't get their names! Not only was the customer service fabulous! The food & drinks were perfect. Fresh and delicious. Thank you for making our simple experience so...
Read moreI have driven past this place many times this was the first time I went through the drive-thru. There was one car in front of me. I ordered a hot fudge sundae. I waited an extraordinary amount of time for the person in front of me to be served and leave. When I pulled up to the window I could see the young man struggling with what appeared to be chocolate syrup. He was trying to get it out of the dispenser. I could see that the ice cream was already melted. And I knew because of his struggle that he did not have hot fudge, it was cold chocolate. I was going to ask for it to be remade because it was all melted and I knew that it was not hot fudge. However before I could say anything he just handed it to me and said it was complimentary because I had to wait so long. He was so apologetic and looked so stressed out that I felt bad to complain about anything so I took the melted mess and I left. I felt bad for him. I gave the 4* customer service because he really did try. It was a very tiny cup and the price was over $4. McDonald's has a chocolate sundae that is the same size for less than $2. I probably won't ever go back. It's a shame because I was really looking...
