Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Redlands

My family and I waited with anticipation for this location to finally open up (along with everyone else in the area) and we finally got to stop by and try the food. I have to say, having McDonald's right across the street, maybe we had too high of expectations for this place to be just as good as their neighbors... but I've had better tasting food from the Jack in the Box's in San Bernardino! This location may be new and pretty, but their employees are not friendly, and their food is not fresh! And although they had about 10ish+ employees there tonight, they still managed to leave out the cheesecake I ordered. There was a line in the drive thru so I parked and got down instead. Once I got home, I realized the food was nearly burnt, No, not nearly, it was burnt! My curly fries was a bag of the small, not curly fries that get left over at the bottom of the batch, my food was thrown in the bags carelessly, and WORST OF ALL, my cheesecake had MOLD on it!! I can't believe I had to go back because they forgot to add it, all for a piece of moldy cake that I already paid for. Do better Jack in the box employees, pay attention to your timers, serve your food how YOU would want it served to YOU, CHECK YOUR DAMN INVENTORY AND CIRCULATE THE FOOD! First time going to this brand new jack in the box. Large dining area is good. No line to wait in and food in my hand in about 5 minutes. The place was empty so I had the whole dining area to myself. That was my first visit. I decided to go a second time this week but was disappointed. As I park my car i see 1 person enter, soon after that person walks out with his order. I walk up and go to open the doors but guess what. They are locked. So I go to the other door. It's locked too. Apparently they lock the doors when they need to clean. Why lock out customers when cleaning.? I don't get it. Can't they clean when people are inside? I'm not a drive through person so th8s visit was a bust. I came in to order 8 spicy chicken combos medium size that charged me 92.00 but they didn't have cup holders for my order and seriously wanted to put 8 drinks in paper bags I'm like no thankyou just cancel my order they tried to insist that it will be secure I said no thank you please cancel my order and return my cash they tried again to convince me they can secure 8 fountain drinks without cup holders I was getting upset and said just please cancel and give me my money back they try to say they will get in trouble returning 92.00 dollars I'm like why no food or drinks were lost so theres no problem so after the forth time asking for my money back they returned it to me but I went to the other jack in the box on redlands blvd they had cup holders for all 8 drinks and I was only charge 80.00 at this location I'm wondering now if this new jack in the box in mentone ca.
