Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Merced

Placed an order by phone, which I had to repeat three times, for one two topping deep dish pizza. When I arrived, and paid for my pizza, I opened box and the first thing I notice is how much less pineapple was on my pizza than what I normally get. I showed the cashier and asked him if they could put more on it. He gave me a cup of cold pineapple, which was alright. While waiting for the pineapple, I noticed that the pizza looked much different than what it usually looked like, (lots of crust) and all the sauce, cheese and toppings were not spread out to edges, like it normally is.I showed the cashier and asked that it just be remade. I stood there for several minutes, while he helped other customers, and then asked me if I needed anything. I replied that I had asked him to remake my pizza, and he said that he didn't hear me. After my pizza was remade, a different man brought it out to me and it looked the way that they usually make it. I said to the man that it looked much better than the other one and he commented "not really". I asked him if he saw my other pizza and he said "yes". I asked if he thought it was satisfactory and if he soul serve that other one to the owner and he said "yes" and seemed, apparently, angry with me, and said that everything is measured out. By this time, given the attitude he was exhibiting, I was becoming offended and shocked that he would speak and act this way to a customer. I asked another employee if I could take a picture of the other pixza to show the owner and she flat out told me no. If that is what is deemed good customer service at this Little Caesars store, then I will not return. To berate a customer and treat them with no respect is...

The food tasted bland and the breadsticks were doughy. I've had pretty bad customer service 3 out of the last 5 times I've been here. It's not like people have been intentionally rude to me, it's more ignorance. Loudly bashing other customers like they think the half wall with the hotboxes are soundproof. I called in an order and had to ask the girl if she wanted my name before she hung up on me. I heard one girl ask the pizza makers why my pizza didn't look like it had extra cheese on it when it was supposed to, then they talked in whispers and she came out and handed...

I made my order for 1 hot n ready and 1 wing to go at 7:13 pm today. Other people came after me recieving their hot n ready real quick while I was standing there. It wasnt until 7:50 did i get my pizza, mind you they gave me my wings 20 minutes earlier but messed that up cause I asked for plain not sauce. But a pizza took over 30 minutes to get at a pizza joint who supposedly had hot n ready to go quickly. Slowest place ever. If you can avoid this place, do so. Not worth the wait. Maggie S was...
