Port of Subs — Restaurant in Merced

I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. When I received my order one of the sandwiches was prepared incorrectly (I ordered a sandwich with no meat and it came with meat) so I called the store and told them my order was wrong (they confirmed the order was incorrect) and I asked if they could remake and deliver a replacement. He said yes and that it would be ready shortly. I call the store an hour later to see if there was an eta on my sandwich to which he replied "oh you ordered it for delivery?" (After previously agreeing to deliver the replacement) I said yes he said they don't deliver so I would need to contact port of subs website. Wish I would have known he wasn't listening when I asked for it to be delivered so I wasn't waiting around for an hour for a sandwich that was never...

Called and every single person that works there does not speak any English and did not know what a fountain drink was. Ordered Grubhub this morning and they didnt give the driver any drinks. So called and asked if they dont give fountain drinks to the driver or if they do if we were to order again. Multiple people could not answer whether or not we would get our drinks that we order via Grubhub or Doordash. Hopefully no one needs to ask anything in English or have any issues because the workers and management wont know what you're asking or...

Not the best location. Have ok subs. Not enough meat for the sandwiches. They go too fast before you can tell them you want your sandwich heated before putting the spread on your bread first. Impatient staff. Looks at customers funny as they walk in but is courteous when they are greeted first. No smile with the service, just take the money and call to the next customer. Clean with heavy products while customers are getting their food from Port of subs which made a customer leave on the spot without getting her food....
