Normally, I don't write reviews for restaurants but this one I had to talk about because of my experiences here and the behaviors that I couldn't ignore anymore. For some background, I've been a customer of Fiesta Charra for a few years. When COVID happened my taste for eating inside of restaurants was pretty much over and I would eat at home. So, with Fiesta Charra, I'd do the same thing, order online pickup.
With online pickup orders, Fiesta Charra loves to forget what your order is. This is the only restaurant that I've had to continuously come inside and state, "Hey, half my order is missing". I would order 3 to 4 meals, which isn't a lot compared to how busy the restaurant can be. The prior time before the last when I went there; they completely messed up my order, so bad in fact that they gave me a completely different dish and as always, had a bunch of missing items in my order. They took my whole order to the back of the kitchen and had to make the food properly instead of just giving me whatever. This was done by the server in his 50s with a beard in skin tight pants, he's been a worker here for a long time because I seen him there for many years. He took my order to the back but he seemed annoyed doing so, I wasn't sure at the time if it was me or the cooks in the back that annoyed him but I shrugged it off because I know how food servicing can go and how stressful the job can be and with that in mind I try to give workers their respect. So, after about a half hour waiting for my food, they brought it out right but there was no apology or an acknowledgement that they did anything wrong. So, I took my food and went, chalked it up to maybe it was a rough day because it was busy during that time.
Then came my order this last time, same thing as the one prior. Nothing complicated. I ordered 3 meals and a few bags of chips. I walk into the restaurant and go up to be waited on (I already knew that I had to go to the bar because that's where all the online orders are) and one of the waitresses just glares at me when I walk in, doesn't greet me, just glares. So, I state the reason I'm there and she tells me to go to the bar. I go up there and see my order on the stool in the bar and the same 50 year old bearded guy gives me my order. I go back to my car and start looking through the order to make sure I have everything is there and they forgot one of the bags of chips that I paid for. I'd buy extra chips because they stopped giving away a free bag and made it to where I'd have to buy the chips if I'd even get them at all. So, I go back in and tell the 50 year old bearded guy that they forgot a bag of chips and he immediately looked infuriated. I never seen him like that before, it wasn't if I asked for money but looking at his face, you'd think I'd robbed him. He goes behind the bar, looks at his the order (like I'd be lying about it). One of the waitresses asks him about the number of chips in my order in Spanish (which I understood his response since I know some Spanish) and he gives the number back to her. Then storms off to the back of the kitchen, comes back out, doesn't say a word to me and aggressively sticks out his arm in this very aggressive manner almost like a punched fist outward. It startled me, this mad over a bag of chips? To where your getting so angry that you're almost throwing the bag at me? Where's the respect to your customers? Oh that's right, there is none. It's everyone else's fault bur not their fault.
I don't know who the owner is of this restaurant franchise but you can guarantee I'll never be back, when I walked into this place, the air reeked of anger, desperation, and greed. You want the money, you just don't want to deal with the public, and sorry to inform you that you'll always be working with the public in this business. I'll continue to give business to other restaurants around Fiesta Charra that actually appreciate their customers like Thai Princess and Saddleback BBQ that will literally shake your hand for being a customer. Better than dealing with...

I had given this a 4 star before but I have to change it. The service has never been great but we kept going back because the food is usually really good. The last time I went service was some of the worst I have ever experienced anywhere.
The waiter looks at our 5 year old and asks us what if the baby wants a drink. I let her order what she wanted, not a great start but moving on.
Ordered ala cart steak tacos with cilantro and onion and a chicken taquito. Dinner comes everyone's is there but mine. He comes back with a chicken taco with lettuce on it. I was like, nope that's not what I ordered. He brings back 2 tacos and with nothing on em and no taquito. I asked where the cilantro and onion were, and the pico and hot sauce they usually come with. He tells me I have to order the whole dinner to get hot sauce. I was like, no that has never been a thing before. He refuses to bring me the right thing or any hot sauce.
I ask for the manager, waiter literally shoves the plate across the table at me and walks away. Comes back and tells me there isn't a manager tonight and slams down a bowl of cilantro/onion and some salsa. I go to the bar to ask again for a manager and low and behold there is the assistant manager. I explain to him what happened and the waiter is standing behind him the whole time smirking and mocking me in Spanish. I tell him to knock it off and that I can understand him. The manager starts trying to cover for him some more.
I tell them not to bother with my food. The manager then tells me he won't charge me for the meal. Well yeah, no kidding, you don't charge someone for food they never even freaking got. Paid full price for the rest. Mistakes happen, but the waiter completely refusing to fix it, lying to me twice, and openly mocking me for daring to ask for a manger is ridiculous. I used to eat there here once a...
Read moreMy recent experience at a restaurant left me extremely disappointed. It all started when my friend accidentally ingested a rubber band that had somehow made its way into our meal. We immediately brought this to the attention of the restaurant staff, but their response was far from satisfactory.
Upon notifying our server about the incident, it became evident that they hadn't thoroughly examined the situation. Instead of taking our concern seriously, they simply dismissed it as meat. It was clearly that the object in question was definitely not meat, so we insisted on speaking to the manager.
The manager eventually arrived, but their attitude and approach to the situation were disheartening. Rather than addressing our concerns or showing empathy, the manager repeatedly questioned my friend about where the rubber band came from. Throughout this exchange, the manager seemed more interested in emphasizing the restaurant's long-standing reputation and the absence of such incidents throughout its fifteen-year history. However, they failed to offer any genuine apologies or reassurances.
I expressed my disappointment and suggested that a simple apology would expected. To my surprise, the manager responded with utter rudeness and aggression, asking if they should KNEEL before me to apologize. This exchange was entirely uncalled for and unprofessional.
Moreover, the manager attempted to justify the presence of foreign objects in food by sharing anecdotes about incidents at other establishments, including mentioning a hairpin found in a dish at a different restaurant. Such attempts to normalize such occurrences were not only inappropriate but also reflected a lack of accountability and responsibility on the part of the manager.
Overall, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the restaurant's handling of the situation. Their dismissive attitude, lack of proper investigation, and the manager's rude behavior were...
