Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Meridian

Well that was a disaster.

Grew up in the NW and used to love Arctic Circle as kids. Tonight we were driving through and decided to treat our kids to a couple Shakes and fudge malts.

How do you mess up 2 shakes 2 malts. Hold on and I’ll tell you how. They began by giving us a couple Sundays instead of the shakes and malts we ordered. Next they had to request more money because they messed up the order, okay understandable. When we finally get the shakes, our fudge malts taste like vanilla- very little fudge if any. We asked if they were fudge malts and they assured us they were. Why were they white? Hmm... Our son didn’t care and wanted his but we asked for ours to be remade. They gave us a malt so full of fudge if tasted disgusting. I shared with them how we travelled off the highway for a special treat and were very disappointed and wanted our money back. The manager Tristan smirked and told me they would need all the food back inviting hushed giggles from the other employees. ZERO customer service at this place! I asked for the money for the one malt back and he reluctantly gave it to me. I even had to ask for the receipt because they hadn’t given me one!

This was not our first time to stop in this store when we have driven through but guaranteed it’s our last. Avoid this please and go to Dairy Queen instead.

The food was good. They did mess up our order, we had to take it back to correct it after that everything went downhill. The staff was upset about this and was verbally rude. When they brought our food out to us a guy from the back walked up while we were eating our bag of burgers and shakes and yelled at one of my kids telling them they could not have a sandwich from cafe Zupas. Instructed us in a very rude and unfriendly/unprofessional way saying owner doesn’t allow any other food, from anywhere allowed in his building that we need to take it and eat it outside. WOW are you kidding after we just ordered every other meal here. Don’t appreciate you buddy telling my kid he has to eat outside. Have a good day...

The Arctic Circle restaurant surpassed our initial expectations, as the food was promptly prepared and of exceptional quality. The assortment of cheese curds and single and double cheeseburgers with a side of fries exceeded the culinary standards we had anticipated. It is worth noting that we placed a collective order that was executed to meet our expectations or surpass them. Overall, our dining experience at the Arctic Circle restaurant was a delightful surprise that exceeded our expectations. This was our first time there, just looking for something to eat really quick. Will definitely come back when looking for something fast and fill...
