Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Meridian

My daughter got me a latte from this location. It was tardy in flavor. Tried to call n complain but this location doesn't have a phone. Take a minute and digest what I just said. No phone. A business as busy as this, and no phone. I had to drive there to voice my complaint. Not cool. By this time I was pretty livid about the no phone thing. The manager I spoke with (Brittney, hope I spelled that right) went above and beyond to calm me down and make me happy. She took the time to listen to my complaint, which was more about the location not having a phone than my dissatisfied drink order. She replaced my drink with one that was to my satisfaction. I will DEFINITELY be back because of her customer service skills. A+😊

As for the franchisee: F! Having one phone number for all your locations is unacceptable. If a customer wants to speak to a specific location, they can't. When I wanted to complain about my drink, I had to get in my car and drive 2mi to complain in person. I'm disabled btw so this was real fun for me to do. So there's that, the wasted gas and my time. All because this location doesn't have a phone. I don't want to speak to someone in another state when I have a local complaint. That location should have a phone. I visit this location when I'm in the downtown area and don't have time to park and go to the indoor downtown Dutch. The location is right on State Street in an ideal location. There is only one drive-thru as opposed to the usual two, but they do have an inside for you to visit. The line can get backed up and into the street, which isn't a good thing.

I get an Americano (black coffee) add cream and sweet-n-low and it's only $2.75 and about 50 calories. I can get my kiddo a not-so-hot chocolate and my dog a treat (FREE, YAY!), too! I like the Bros mainly because of its people. Seriously, I don't know how they hire so many amazing people! Save some of us that need good employees!!

My brother in law gets a sugar free blended soda, which is very similar to a coffee without the calories. He also makes lots of different drinks with their many sugar-free syrups making the guild a little less than going full-on calorie.

Oh and Google Dutch Bros secrete menu-- lots more fun stuff like the BOB Marley, Ninja Turtle and much more!

Complaint About Poor Customer Service - Dutch Bros (1701 W Franklin Rd, Meridian, ID 83642)

Hi, I'd like to report a disappointing experience I had today around 6:30 p.m. at your location at 1701 W Franklin Rd, Meridian, ID 83642.

There were two staff members on site and a vehicle in front of me. Instead of taking my order, the employees seemed to be having a personal conversation with the driver. When I pulled up, I was completely ignored. After waiting a few minutes with no acknowledgment, I had to step out of my car and ask if the location was closed, because it felt like I wasn't even in line. They simply said it wasn't closed and then went right back to chatting, without addressing me further.

felt disrespected and unwelcome. I believe this location seriously needs to improve its customer service. Every customer should feel acknowledged and valued.
