My wife and I both were expecting great things as we sat waiting for our food after deciding to try Wok Fusion. We watched many customers bustle in and out to pickup their to-go orders. When our meal started coming The Egg Flower Soup was good, and then we waited another 25 minutes for our entrees. My wife and I both ordered the 4-item Special. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, and my wife ordered the Cashew Chicken. What the menu should have read was Kung Pao vegetables or Cashew vegetables with a hint of miniscule pieces of chicken interspersed. The Egg rolls were nothing exceptional and were very saturated with oil. That said, the fried rice was good, and maybe I should have just ordered a plate of fried rice. If you are looking for something other than a vegetarian plate moonlighting as a chicken dish then you have likely found your new favorite eatery; otherwise look elsewhere. Maybe this was just our experience, because other reviewer's photos of similar dishes appear to have more protein plated, but we were certainly underwhelmed. Normally if I order a dish with protein of any kind I would expect it to be complimented by the veggies, and not the other way around.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, because I know it affects people's livelihoods, but it is necessary here. The pork for the pork and seeds smelled off and had an odd texture and white center, like they were freezer burnt (see picture). The mustard smelled rancid and had oil floating on top (see picture). I let that slide and tried a pot sticker, it had no flavor inside and weird rubbery outside with a burnt flavor. The dipping sauce tasted like soy sauce that had salt added to it. It was abnormally salty. I let that slide and tried a crab rangoon and in the process of chewing I pulled plastic out of my mouth (see picture). I assume it was from a cream cheese wrapper. At this point, I was genuinely concerned about food quality and safety, so to avoid potential food poisoning, we threw $50 worth of food in the garbage. This is the kind of quality you can expect from Wok Fusion. I have no idea how they have any good reviews, they shouldn't even be allowed to stay in business if this is how approach food quality.

I came here for a lunch on a Sunday, early afternoon. From the perspective of someone who grew up in Hong Kong, I thoroughly enjoyed my order – savory but, more importantly, not Americanized to satisfy the traditionalist in me. The Salt Pepper Squid was crispy and makes a great appetizer. For main courses, the Mongolian Beef and the Twice-Cooked Pork will satisfy. Because the Twice-Cooked Pork is the belly cut, the dish will be oily, even if you request that the chef minimizes the amount of oil used. I was here last year, and the experience is consistent. If you’re wondering if a Chinese person would eat here, my answer is yes!

Phenomenal little Asian food stop that packs a punch when it comes to great food, friendly staff, and clean inviting atmosphere. They do not deliver so I called in a to-go order and she told me it would be about 10 minutes. It took me a little longer to get there, and I when I showed up I was the only customer as it was closng time. I talked with May for awhile who I believe is the owner. This is a family owned establishment, and I made it a point to learn a little and to teach, because well...its called communication and too many of us are buried in our phones too much. Anyway, May was extemely genuine, and I thoroughly appreciated the few minutes of meeting while the other members of her family were getting ready to shut down for the evening. I left and did not eat while driving, despite my hunger. When I finally did dig in, the food was exceptional. I got the Iron Delux Sizzler and was not dissapointed. I ate plenty and still had some left to save. I also got the Spring Rolls and they were awesome as they are much bigger than normal, juicy, crisp, and just bursting with flavor. I wished that I had gotten a double order...and thats a fact Jack! I love Hot&Sour soup and i purchased a cup. It was delicious though I will say maybe back off on the salt just a bit, but hey listen they have nailed the deep, rich flavor of that particular dish. The folks over at Wok Fusion care deeply about the food and service they provide, and it shows...even at the end of the day and dealing with the day's final customer. I will say that the weirdos giving them 1 star reviews are out of line. If you read them you can tell there is something wrong with the individuals, and often it appears quite clear that they are just doing it out of spite. I mean let's face it, more people will comment if they get mad aboit something, rather than when they've been satisfied and their day is going all hoitey toitey! 😂 No way man, at the end of the day, Wok Fusion is a surprise little place that has excellent food far and above your average "Chinese restaurant", and it is a place by the way, that you most definitely do not want to miss. Do yourself a favor and go get a table in there and get you a feast for all your senses...really is well worth it.

When walking into this restaurant you get the feeling that they set things up for take out. We should have turned around and walked out the door! I don't like to judge a book by it cover and we wanted to try something new. I now wish he had. The appetizers we ordered were the crab pops and potstickers. They both lacked flavor so the dipping sauce was needed. I found the dipping sauce for the potstickers to be salty and cold. The sweet and sour sauce for the crab pops was also cold but what you expect. We ordered 4 dishes. Sesame beef, sweet and sour pork, vegetable egg foo young, and honey shrimp. The sesame beef sauce was a nice flavor but was covered in soggy breading. In fact most of it was breading. Taking a bite of soggy deep fired breading with no meat in it is disgusting. My daughter had the same experience with her shrimp. The only one that did not seem over breaded to us was the sweet and sour pork. The pork was basically seasoned if it had any seasoning at all. It was basically deep fried pork with sauce on it. No vegetables or pineapple were served with it. My wife got the egg foo young and it was cold to the touch. Why are you putting cold sauce on food that should be served hot. Disgusting! We asked for all fried rice and that was the only thing that we felt had any flavor and the only reason they get 2 stars. It did however have a lot of oil in it. It was clear that we did not enjoy the food as we could have filled up 4 boxes with left overs. We took it home out of respect and we thought we would give it to the dog. I told my wife it put it in the trash the second we got home. I did not want to punish my dog. It is a good thing I did that as my stomach was jacked up all night. The server was nice enough when she was not yelling at someone in the back! We will never return to...

Ordered two entrees inside restaurant to go and an order of egg rolls. When ordering each item the price was more than the price that was on the menu and after ordering the lady would say, “price went up is that ok” with a smile. The entrees come with either steamed or fried rice and when choosing fried rice she once again says $1 extra which isn’t stated on menu. Same thing with egg rolls, cost extra and one was burned on one side with a hole through it. One entree had more food in it than the other and the portions weren’t that big for the price and taste. The beef wasn’t good quality meat and was gristly and for it to be Mongolian Beef it had way more onions than beef. The Shredded Pork and Chilli dish was minced pork and didn’t have potatoes like it was supposed to. Ended up paying $37 and some change for two entrees and 2 egg rolls and spent at least $5 more than expected because prices were different than what was on the menu and didn’t know until we started ordering. My partner didn’t really want to eat there but we hadn’t eaten all day and needed to eat; I should have listened and left but we were already there. I thought it was a Panda Express type place but it wasn’t. Don’t really like eating at place’s we’re you cant see them making your food or if the place is even clean. There were people dining when we walked in and they were getting customers, so we decided to give it a try. For the over all experience I felt hustled. Very...
